She cares for her patients through her knowledge, experience and respect with clarity on what they want and what they need. Her staff is quick and well trained on the equipment and helpful with all your questions and needs overall a pleasant experience through out the vist.

Basically left me high and dry.

All the doctors I have seen are excellent and knowledgeable. Everyone takes time to listen to your concerns. Thank you so much to the entire team at Dr. Kara’s office.

staff and optometrists are at this office. They always respond promptly and take the time to ensure your needs are met. I recently experienced a very bad eye infection and the staff and doctors were very kind and understanding in providing me with the care and appointments I needed. Thank you to those lovely ladies at the reception. You are the best!

The office staff is very friendly and personable. They have helped my son transition to contacts and they have supported us through various vision issues.

They were friendly, professional and during my time with them I felt very comfortable. I one hundred percent recommend Dr. Kara to everyone who needs an Optometrist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for years myself and also bring my son here - unfortunately since just before the pandemic I have noticed the front staff is not as good as they used to be - the voice mail says to email vs leaving messages and they will respond - I have yet to have a response after more than one email and can not get through on the phone. The one time I did speak to someone, she was very short on the phone and not at all polite or compassionate. While I understand the pressure, that is still no excuse for rudeness.
Working at a medical facility myself, I would not ever speak to patients the way I have been spoken to by certain members of this clerical staff. It's a pity really as my son and myself do like the doctors and there is one lady on front reception who is amazing.
Hopefully I can change this review in the future ..
