★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and her entire family have been going to Better Vision for years, and recommended it. I live out of town, but after my first experience, it was definitely worth the drive. My 8 yr. old son was excited to get new glasses, and the way they treated him at Better Vision made the experience a positive and happy one right from the start! They were kind, helpful and flexible. And, their Kid's Special (2 pairs for $179.99) was amazing! < a good selection of colourful, stylish glasses for kids to choose. Thanks to everyone at Better Vision. I'm heading back your way soon for a pair of sunglasses for me! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees should cater to the needs of the customers rather than talking on the phone in front of the customers. There should be no mobile phones during shift hours. At least, have a courtesy to greet and inform the customers who is waiting for you to put down your phone in the middle of your work. Would have given 0 stars if there was an option. Poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff always greets you with a warm welcome. The two lady's working the front counter were very informative and helpful while choosing my new pair of glasses. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for new glasses!
They even do onsite glasses adjustments to make ensure that your glasses fit perfectly! As well as onsite eye exams!
Overall great experience, Thanks again!

The optician, Meenu and her two sales girls were very helpful and showed me a bunch of appropriate glasses. They advised me on the most suitable one.
It was an awesome experience and I'm very satisfied with the service.
