A	Ammar Talal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not come before 5:00 pm , my daughter was so tired and had a hard cough and fever and she didn't eat anything for 3 days ago after that dr Toma coming and said "no medication need" it just infection give her advil !! That was very fantastic so my advice come after 5 pm to see Dr Malek he is gentleman , so friendly and understanding patient needed and not open for make just make money

Ann Marie (the receptionist) was so unbelievably rude. Her entire conversation was Hi, Ya, Ya, Sure then hung up on me when I said goodbye. If this is the first face people see when they walk in ..... or the first voice they need to hear on the phone . I think she will continue to make patients not want to step foot in that door. Hands down the rudest person I have ever encountered. When I called back to get her name , she said “Why do you need to know” I replied to write a complaint about how rude you were She started raising her voice saying “how is that rude.... if you said bye then I click the phone thats the end of the conversation “ Wow. just Wow
m	marianna lupo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This happened this past Sunday....Extremely disappointed! Felt my needs were not met at all! Had a bad soar throat, ear ache, shakes and aches anything you can think of. My DR is closed on the weekends so I came here. Didn’t wait too long however when the Dr came in I told him what I felt and he checked my ears, looked inside my mouth. All he said was “it’s a common cold it will go away in 48 hours” and to take some decongestion. I told him no that this is not a cold, I don’t feel right. I left pretty disappointed considering I felt I was ignored. I ended up Going to my family Dr today and found out I have an ear infection and a strep throat and I am now on a 10 day antibiotic! So disappointed! All I ask is when your patients tell you what their feeling listento them.

My daughter went in for a routine physical and he told her she was too fat to be in her desired career. I’d like to just point out that she plays rugby and is very physical daily. I’m livid and disgusted at the lack of professionalism. My daughter is currently at home crying because of what he said to her. Dr. Malik is amazing so I suggest you try and book your appointment with him.
A	A Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I called on Monday, September 27th, 2021 and the receptionist told me that she will call me back once she spoke to the doctor. I waited all day and haven't received a phone call. I called the next day, no one answered so I left a voicemail for someone to call me back. No one called back so I called the next day, and again, no one answered so I left another voicemail. Thursday, September 30th, 2021, I FINALLY spoke to the SAME receptionist and she told me that she JUST listened to the voicemail messages I left (since Tuesday) and gave me some story (possibly bogus) about how the doctor was on vacation and just came back to work that day. Again, she told me that she will speak to the doctor and will call me back. No one called me back so today, (Friday, October 1st, 2021), I called back asking for a referral since I'm getting nowhere with this clinic. The same receptionist answers and after explaining my situation for the 5th time, she then tells me that the doctor can't see me. At this point, I'm extremely frustrated by the lack of decency and asked her why she didn't call me back to tell me that the doctor can't see me. I've waited 5 days to speak to the doctor. This is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE! This is honestly THE WORST experience I've ever had when it comes to "customer service." Luckily, my situation isn't severe or requires immediate medical attention but still, FIVE DAYS to tell me that the doctor can't see me?!?! Dr. Gordon is a great doctor but unfortunately, his staff are not helpful and aren't doing their job properly.
R	Rachel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING LADIES!! ⚠️ Do not come to this clinic if you require help for any reproductive health related issues! The receptionist I spoke with on the phone seemed very nice but I am shocked with the male doctor. I genuinely felt like I wasn't taken seriously and this man interrupted me with nearly every sentence I spoke! It was extremely frustrating. I never even got to share details that I felt were important for him to know about my health because he kept interrupting me... perhaps he had a lineup of patients to get to but regardless, I am disappointed and will not be coming here again.

Went a while ago to get 1 stitch in my finger and the doctor at the time didn’t use any kind a numbing so that was uncomfortable and today I just needed to ask a question on how much Benadryl to give my 9 month old son and the doctor didn’t even want to come out of his office unless I registered. Like get off your chair and answer 1 question.
