★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hrs have changed so dratically!! To even see my family doctor it requires me to take time off from work. She used to be open all the time and took walk ins. She changed that to monday to friday patients only. Now it's 3 x a week 9am to 4:45. Especially for your own patients have the decency to stay open other than office hours. Absolutely ridiculous service.
When you even take the day off from work to go see her for an appointment yhat you have made 2 weeks in advance, you wait 4 hours to even see her.
Just shut down the clinic if you can't do your job Dr. Ghattas. This has become ridiculous now for your own patients to even see you. Please take this as a reminder of where you started from and the patients that started with your clinic! Seems you only care about the money and that's it!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Suzan Ghattas is phenomenal. For over 14 years, she has been the family doctor to all 5 members in our family. Her medical acumen is incredible and she is very patient and thorough with all of her patients. I’d like to highly recommend Dr. Ghattas for those in the community looking for a high-quality family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not understand why people would leave poor reviews AT ALL! Yes, the wait time is long even with an appointment BECAUSE she’s a busy doctor (as are most since there is a shortage of GP’S) not only is she busy but she’s a great doctor who gives you the time you require throughout your appointment, providing the reason for your visit. Dr. Ghattas is also very diligent, If there is something wrong with you.. SHE WILL FIND IT. She’s very sweet and soft spoken, she doesn’t make you uncomfortable during physicals etc.
I also don’t find the receptionist rude at all? Maybe those leaving poor reviews about her are the ones who are rude! She’s very direct and to the point, but I’ve never failed to receive a smile from her whether it be on my way in or out.. but I’m also nice to her, unlike many people I see come into that office! I don’t see how she is rude!
Anyways, my point is id rather wait a little longer and receive the proper care and attention I need than wait 15 minutes to see a doctor that rushes me out the door. DR.GHATTAS IS THE BEST.
If this seems dramatic, I’m pregnant and emotional ? I just don’t think she deserves bad reviews!

Do yourself a favour and find a team that cares, secretary doesn’t seem to understand what an appointment is, you’ll end up waiting minimum of hour and a half even with an appointment. Secretary also shows favouritism. Some clients come in with no appointment and have seen the doctor before the bundle of people waiting for their turn. No problems with Dr Ghattas she’s nice and sweet, she’s a good doctor or but the the staff is extra rude and high on their egos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom has been there for years. Although the doctor nor the secretary has any patient care not education in mind. Just get the pills and go. Very disappointing during covid time that my 83 year old mom can't see a doctor eventhough she really needs to be checked. Got diagnosed with diabetes. Got a prescription for the sugar pill. No education, no diet explanation. So sad that information is not the key in this doctors office, just take a pill and go. Never regretted leaving this office 15 yrs go myself, as I am a Healthcare worker myself and would never treat patients this way leaving then without proper care and information.

You go to others , they might not be busy , but they already swiped your card , you will be rushed and after you leave you realize you did not say every thing you wanted .
On the other hand , Dr Suzan give you the time you need , that is why there is waiting time. If all the other none busy Doctors threat people the way she do , she will not be busy

If you can get her as your family physician you will be lucky because she is super busy because she cares every patient. Thanks to my doctor. I have been going thru so much medical issue for years, only a doctor like her will have patience to take care.
