★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst receptionist I have ever encountered in my life. The staff were completely unprofessional and have major attitude problems.
This is not based off a one off incident either. I've been there at least 5 times and each time I've been treated poorly. I thought it was maybe a one off but they really just couldn't care less about the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly and organized. I asked to be put on a list to move up my appointment and was called back in a timely manner for a next day booking! I felt very comfortable there even though it was my first time. I only wish there were lockers but you can bring in valuables to the exam rooms if you need to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The technicians are amazing, professional, patient and really empathetic. I felt anxiety during my ultrasound and the technician made me really comfortable. All the technicians listen to you and understand your anxiety or uneasiness. Please work on your front desk staff, because you have an amazing team of technicians for sure.
Thank you for taking in my suggestions regarding the front desk. It's really great when businesses take the time to respond to feedback and work on improving based on them. Honestly, most of the front desk is always kind and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t normally leave reviews, but man oh man. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC FOR AN ECG. The ECG tech is not qualified - I repeat, NOT QUALIFIED, to run this test. I initially went in for my first ECG in March and was surprised by the lack of patient courtesy demonstrated by the receptionist/ECG tech. However, disregarding that observation, I had my test completed and went home. I recently received a call saying that my ECG was unreadable and that the test must be repeated. I went in to complete the test AGAIN today - encountering the SAME ECG TECH - only to now receive a phone call saying my test results were once again unreadable due to the technicians fault while conducting the test. I’m appalled. I will now have to go for the THIRD TIME to complete this test. I highly advise against this clinic for their lack of unprofessionalism and skill for basic testing services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited mississauga unit recently for my second trimester ultrasound, and believe me my experience was very excellent with technician Saba. She is really very perfect and skillful and performed my ultrasound twice. Whatever doubt I had in terms of my baby's position she answered me politely. Her way of handling patient is really commendable and she is best I can say. My previous experience with other labs from Brampton wasn't good. But after visiting mississauga unit I really felt comfortable and relax. Thank you saba, you are a best in your work. I never seen such focused and skillful technician till date. Saba is all good and perfect in her work and very polite as well. Thanks saba.
