★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been on hold on the phone for the whole day. I hear someone pick up and say please hold, and never ever comes back to pick up the phone. This place has the worst customer service ive ever experienced in any capacity. They should not be allowed to call themselves a place of business, forget a healthcare provider. Hands down the worst experience ive ever had, and i havent even spoken to anyone yet.

This is a place that I and my family will never come back again! The receptionist who schedules the appointment is so rude, not friendly talker, and disrespectful.
Today Feb-04-2021, my son need an ultrasound, I have been trying to book by phone for hours/days and nobody answered, and no automated voice to help. I went to the clinic, talked first to a lady who tried to help me, once I couldn't do by phone, but this blonde lady haven't even looked into my eyes. She just said "NO I will not book your appointment because I'm busy, you should keep trying by phone". What a disgusting and disrespectful treatment! I was there, in front of here, following all safe protocols, with the Doctor Prescription in hands! It was only a 5minutes job!.... She should be fired!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only great things to say about this place. The staff are all friendly, professional and prompt. On each visit, i was taken right in and didn't have to wait. Saba (the technician) is amazing. She is compassionate, friendly and made me feel comfortable. Compared to many other clinics, this one is above & beyond. Thank you for treating me with respect and decency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was able to book me in right away over the phone. The US tech was very kind and compassionate. She asked me to point out the areas where I was experiencing the most discomfort to get the best pictures possible for the radiologist. I was impressed, (and pleasantly surprised!), after reading other reviews. I would book here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All these -ve reviews for this place really surprised me after I went there for my scan. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The Sonographer was very professional and knowledgeable. I was called in at the appointment time , no long waiting at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is easily one of the worst healthcare institutions I’ve ever been to! They booked me in for an appointment, asked for all information (including healthcard), and all was good. Once I actually go in for the appointment, they said that the health card was expired even though the ministry has extended all cards until Feb 2022! If there was an issue with their system, they should not have booked the appointment! They then offered to provide service if I pay out of pocket (170$!)… definitely a place to avoid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deserve way less than a "one". I called for an x ray and the answer machine answered telling me that they are open. I tried contacting a receptionist but the mailbox answered. I rushed there with my daughter with a swollen hand and they told me we do not have any appointments till 5 days later. Then, I had to wait till the next day since it was too late to go any where else and every thing is closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally laughable imaging clinic. This is truly third world medicine in the middle of Canada. Why does it take 2 months to book an x-ray and ultrasound appointment? Also some of the staff members are extremely rude with patients, since I witnessed a staff member yelling "hello? hello?!" to an elderly gentleman who may have had difficulty hearing. This place needs to be shutdown. The future of our healthcare system is bleak with places like this.
