★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, the technician was so rude and cold, they have zero empathy and were extremely transactional. This Easter European lady was the one who did my ultrasound, going through my first pregnancy it would have been great to have an overall nice experience especially going through it during Covid and after going through miscarriages, she didn’t let me call my husband so that he could see the ultrasound live given all these covid restrictions. And I found out all so that they can charge you $5 to get an image of your baby instead of letting you take a picture or video on the spot. This should have been a beautiful experience and this lady and this clinic really sucked all the emotion and beauty out of this moment. If you can go elsewhere please do! I didn’t know they were so terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I read the reviews before going here. The technician is so rude. When I got there she is openly talking to another patient in the waiting room loudly about their medical history in front of everyone else. I would have wanted some privacy out of respect. She was questioning the legitimacy of the requisition. Then it was my turn to get scolded publicly. It was such a horrible experience. Stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible location. Wouldn't go there again...ever. I was refused by the technician as I was a few minutes late. Very unhuman of the technician to put stress and anxiety on a pregnant person knowing the time sensitivity to get that ultrasound done. This person should not be working there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called them to inquire about ultrasound appointment and found receptionist so rude!! She gave me appointment for 4 days later and when I politely asked her if there is anything available earlier as requisition is marked urgent, she rudely cut me off and told me to go to hospital for urgent things. Her tone was really rude and she rushed me away. People calling you are already sick and going through hard times, show some manners and at least be polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services of Dixie X-ray in Hurontario is very bad and the worst part is the way they handle customers complain. my wife went in person to make booking for her ULTRASOUND and they wrote the appointment date and time on the referral form (May 21 at 1:00PM). today, when we called them in order to check if there is any preparation before the Ultrasound ,but, they informed us that there is no booking for my wife and after giving her all information she found that they did her booking on May 7th which is different than what they wrote on the referral form .the receptionist told us that they tried to call us on May 7th but no one answer the phone ! I told her we don't know what was our situation at that moment for not answering a phone call but again we depend on a written appointment given to us from your receptionist in hand writing and she started blaming us for not answering the phone call and it's our mistake !!. I told her we have a hand written appointment and we assume you are accurate ,but gain she blamed us for the whole miss. very-very bad service ,NOT recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will NEVER go back to this place ever again, extemely rude staff especially the east European lady who did my ultrasound. I have followed their instruction to drink 6 glasses of water one hour before the appointment, first try she said "your bladder is empty" I said "How can it be? I already have the urge to go to washroom!" She then said "You only have 90ml, I need at least 200ml." So I said "Then 90ml is not empty." Then she told me to go wait outside and drink more water, AND she told the reception in front of my face that I am a complete waste of time once again said my bladder is empty! Then the reception accused me for not drinking enough water one hour before the appointment, until I asked her "I told you I did, are you accusing me of lying now?" She changed the subject by asking if I want to take another appointment about an hour later. This place is horrible, staff is horrible, if someone that is truly sick and goes there, after the way being treated by the staff, they might become suicidal. STAY AWAY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this place on the 5th of October 2021 for an Ultrasound. It is a small place on the second floor of the building with 2 chairs for patients to wait and one chair outside for the visitors. I interacted with the two busy ladies at the reception, and they were very friendly. For an appointment at 12.20pm we were late by 5 minutes (Called and informed that we would be late by 5 minutes) and they were okay with that and I was told that the lady who does the Ultrasound might not wait if we were late by more than 5 minutes. We were told to register online if we needed to see our results after 3 days. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
