The service was great even though it was busy. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I was able to express my concerns without feeling rushed. Thanks to the ladies at the front Desk and the doctors.

Update 29MAR22: Staff seem to have changed and the new team is great now! Stars count change from 1 to 5. Terrible customer service. The front staff all need to go as they do not have a clue. The doctors are amazing but have had terrible experiences with the front staff. Fire them all!

Extremely unprofessional service. They know how to deceive the patients and keep them in dark. I want to mention my experience on 3 occasions as follows: Experience 1: I booked an online appointment on 16th September at 1:00 pm with Dr. Salah AlShami but never heard back until today (over 6 days). Experience 2: Today, I spoke to Lubna for an appointment with Dr. Eman AlShami for my daughter and she confirmed that the Dr. would call anytime between 3 pm and 6 pm on the same day. I kept waiting until 6 pm. Since I did not hear from the clinic, I called back on the clinic number and heard the automated voice message saying that it is now closed for the day. Experience 3: I noticed many times that when I call the clinic, the receptionist answers the phone by saying "Please hold" and keeps me waiting. I had once waited for 30 minutes and ultimately has to disconnect it since I felt it was useless to keep waiting any further. I don't understand how they get 5 star ratings while they don't deserve even 1 star rating. I will never approach or trust this clinic in future.

I have had multiple great experiences here at Mississauga Health Centre. The receptionists are great, especially Marie - kind, respectful, and patient. The clinic is multidisciplinary so it’s basically a one-stop-shop and if you need diagnostic imaging, they are located just upstairs. Clinic is located in the heart of Mississauga and has free parking. Some of the doctors offer online booking for appointments and getting through to the receptionist takes less than a minute (of course longer when it’s busy - which is understandable especially during COVID).

I visited the Mississauga Health Centre three weeks ago and I was very pleased with the staffs approached at the front desk. They were very professional and charismatic, we need to see more staff like them especially when you are not feeling well and with the effects of COVID they still greets you with a smile, that greetings will make anyone feels better before seeing the doctor. Keep up the good work front desk and not forgetting the awesome doctors.

Mississauga health centre is one of the best clinic in serving patience. I got appointment with pain specialist very fast without waiting long time and I was happy with the expertise of the doctor and the staff was helpful and friendly. definitely I will visit it again and recommend to my family and friends.

Instead of calling me to confirm an appointment, they called my dad sharing confidential patient information. This caused a lot of stress and anxiety, and could have been easily avoidable. When they called my dad, they said it was for a gynaecologist appointment. There is a lot of stigma around these appointments, and this should not be shared with anyone other than the patient. The receptionist should ask β€œis this (name of patient) Im speaking to?”. If not, you should ask for there contact information, not share there information about their appointments. His voicemail also has his name, so it was clearly not my number. I also tried calling back the office 6+ times to confirm the appointment and no one picked up. I also emailed them. The receptionist cancelled my priority appointment automatically which I had booked almost two months before.
