He's definitely a caring Dr. Yes, I certainly agree the wait time can be certainly long; however, I understand that Dr Chen is dealing with many patients. Improvement seen yesterday as the nurses kept me posted of the wait time which kept me from being frustrated. Also great improvement with online booking time. Congrats! I got my appt on the same day. Lastly, the lab was quick and efficient. The 1st nurse even apologized as she couldn't find my vein for blood work.
D	Dan R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a good clinic, they're hungry for money now. Drivers medical forms increased to $150 because "things cost more" according to the receptionist. It's $80 at the rapid access clinic...clearly this piece of paper hasn't doubled in price

The receptionists are clueless and have absolutely no idea how many patients are waiting to see a doctor. After an hour wait, they tell you that you are next in line and then put you in another room to wait again. You are then told that the doctor have more patients ahead of you. This place is deplorable and it is an ABSOLUTE CHALLENGE to get to see Dr. Ruth Abraham. What is the point of having a doctor that you cannot see???

He has provided many people in Mississauga with access to great care while also offering very convenient service hours. My family and I have always found Dr. Chen to be attentive, calm, decisive, honest, and very knowledgeable. He always acts with skill and wisdom. He has been my Doctor for 25 years+ and delivered both my children. Everybody still sees Dr. Chen as their primary Doctor. On many occasions, Dr. Chen has demonstrated his commitment to his patients and willingness to go over and beyond what is expected. An example of going over and beyond is when he visited me while I was hospitalized (I didn’t even realize that he knew that I had been admitted). He has also personally called to check-in if a member of the family had been very ill. It seems that his patients are always on his mind one way or another. We are all very fortunate to be in Dr. Chen’s care. Thank you to Dr. Chen & the Kingsbridge Medical Team!

There a certain things I have not liked, however in the past year I have had a number of personal issues including being diagnosed with celiac. She has been GREAT in understanding and support and pointing me in the direction to be headed. The clinic on the other hand….. is horrible. No manners from reception. I’m not sure how they book but that’s horrific as I used to wait about an hour before I saw the doctor. Lost my patience just before Christmas as I waited 45 minutes the day before Christmas Eve. I was 10 min early and asked if I needed to rebook. Since then wait times are easier as long as I ask. The manners over the phone from reception staff you’d think would be better. They’re non existent.

All throughout this pandemic (and even today amidst the biggest snowstorm in years!) the clinic continued to be open daily and available ?! My family including my children all received our COVID vaccinations here from the experienced nurses and they were all positive experiences?. In addition the clinic website is easy to navigate, regularly updated, and offers a secure and easy way to book and cancel appointments and even upload your pictures and messages to the doctors privately! Amidst this difficult time you are a gem ?and greatly appreciated in the community! Please keep up the great work! ?
A	A C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Katrina Austria has been wonderful doctor to myself and my child. Staff is pretty straightforward and gets the job done. Not really coming here to receive a five star spa treatment, so not sure why the low rating. Think we just need to be a little more understanding to health care workers.
E	Empress Shanti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean place, they seem to still have a screen process due to the Corona Virus. There are two ways to enter this place, through its own entrance or through the buildings main entry. Very easy to find and the staff is very friendly.
