★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even know where to start. Absolutely horrible level of service from Anita. Bad attitude, expects everyone else to do her job for her. I asked her several times to contact me with regards to any updates and I'm the one that kept having to chase her down. If the house has no outstanding complications such as a writ or a certification and it's a straight forward transaction and absolutely no extra work is needed, then she might be good. If you have the slightest idea that there is a writ on your house, she will not do the necessary work to remove it. Get someone better for your own sake!!
I can't stress this enough!
