Everyone I spoke to got theirs done at other offices that all had postings saying the technician wouldn’t reveal the gender. However everyone I spoke to was still told by the technician at their ultrasound. My appointment yesterday, not only would the technician not tell us the gender but she wouldn’t give any hints about anything at all. It was the coldest experience I’ve had, laying for over an hour on an ultrasound table in complete silence unable to see the monitor the technician is looking at. I stared at the ceiling the whole time. It made me feel very distant from my baby and I wanted to share my experience so that other women hoping for a warm and friendly experience at their anatomy ultrasound can try their luck elsewhere.
J	Jodi Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a decent clinic, some things depend on which technician you have. I had a good experience with one and would specifically request her and they allowed that. I never felt any technician was rude but some are more personable than others. The only thing was I had my anatomy scan done here (18-20 weeks), my daughter was born with a large VSD and small ASD (congenital heart defect) but neither was detected, we found out after she was born. However, I am hesitant to blame anyone for that since I've heard it's not too uncommon to be missed.

The technician was a grumpy lady who ruined the gender reveal for us! 45 mins and she said nothing and sat there with a grumpy face. I tried to ask general questions about the baby's wellbeing and she made it seem like I was annoying her. We had told them upon booking that we wanted to know the gender. At the end of the scan, she called my husband in for 1 minute. Told us everything is good and asked us to leave. We had to ask her about the gender and she was reluctant to tell us. This lady really made us feel bad as first time parents. Like everyone else, we were beyond furious from the lack of human emotions from the technician. This place was referred to us from the OB who is in the same building as they would get the results sooner. When we had our follow up appointment with the doc 2 days later, the results were not sent in time. Just stay away if you want to cherish little things about your baby.
a	ann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are not friendly and welcoming at all. It is my first ultrasound and I’m not even allowed to get a copy of my ultrasound. I was so looking forward to get a copy of my ultrasound as it’s my first pregnancy but they didn’t give me a copy. Will definitely not come back here. It was not a good experience for me.

My technician was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during the entire visit. The doctor who also attended to me during the visit was very thorough, explained the details of the procedure step by step and helped made a usually uncomfortable experience as best as it could be. Highly recommend this Diagnostic clinic. Great staff!!!

She was like a machine/robot.. had pretty much the same experience as some of the people below ! ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO speak to anyone over the phone, keeps ringing with no answer. Other than that, place is neat ! They pay for your parking ticket.

Nobody ever gets back to you and they never pick up the phone. Awful awful service! Just because these services are covered by a health card does not mean that you treat people this way. I understand with covid there are new regulations etc but come on how lazy does the government system need to be. Seriously go anywhere else. What a waste of my time!!!
