My wife had some complications and we told everything was Ok We had three visits to Dr. Kendra Newell but she was too confident that anything was wrong and did not even bother to order any tests. Finally the membrane broke and we delivered a premature baby.

This is the worst walk in DO NOT BRING LOVED ONES HERE First they will make you wait in your car for a doctor. The doctor that finally called was not compassionate at all and simply asked a few questions before giving requisitions for services. THIS IS A MONEY MAKING CENTRE not a place to get healthy. Received a xray requisition and even though it was 10 mins before their stated closing time they did not want to help. I WILL NEVER COME BACK and if you want real help pleaee go elsewhere

My experience is like a nightmare. Doctor has no time to even listen to your concern and problem. The value of my baby's life was nothing. I lost my child because of this...

New intake system is abhorrent. God forbid you miss the call to be seen, they make you still in your hot car outside while they put you at the bottom of the list to be called. Only come in urgent cases, and even then, the hospital might serve you better.

Horrible experience with this clinic. Staff at this center are very insensitive. I went there with my four year on emergency basis but the staffs were so insensitive that they did not allow me inside. Asked me to stand out in the cold and asked us to wait for one hour. After waiting for one hour, they said that doctor is not available and come tomorrow! If you want treatment - go to Mississauga hospital which is opposite to this clinic. I suggest never ever trust these staff. They are bad.

I was referred to Dr. Ferguson here and only went to one appointment because I could hardly stand how rude her staff was. My family works in healthcare, so I knew from day one that this place was different. How they handled the transferring of my reports to another doctor was the most frustrating few exchanges I have ever had with a doctor's office. They were condescending every time and only made my situation worse. At my first visit when I pointed out to the receptionist that they had spelled my address incorrectly, she was immediately cold, roughly handed my files back to me, and could barely look me in the eye. After that, my life situation drastically changed and I needed them to fax my reports to my new OB in America. I explained this over email to them and did not receive a response until days and days later - this was a phone call in which the receptionist (a different one I assume) proceeded to talk over me many times. I got the sense she was being passive aggressive about me leaving. After many phone calls to make sure my reports got faxed to the right place, my doctor in the US tells me that the blood results were so blurry she could not read them, my ultrasound results were nowhere to be found, and that they did not include ANY of the important information she needed. I ended up getting all the reports from my GP's office who did it all with no complaints or issues. I have never, ever expected to be treated this way from people who barely know me. I get that they were mad I was leaving, but how they handled this speaks volumes. I have nothing good or bad to say about Dr. Ferguson because I was only in contact with her for a few minutes, but her staff is by far the worst I have ever encountered.

Dr. Cathy Cowal .The Lady at the front Desk was polite. Dr. Cathy is so far the worst doctor experience I can recall my whole life, sarcastic, judgmental, angry, she feels entitle. I am guessing she dislike her profession,, so she makes the patients pay for it. She said " Why do they send you here?" angry, very angry . She doesn't do the job properly. It's truly wasting people s time. She is cruel with her remarks, absolutely brutal, no compassion. I am not sure why someone like her is working with something so precious as this profession. As women we require someone who really is nurturing, PROFFESIONAL!, someone who takes everyone that goes to her office seriously, especially after waiting so long to go to the doctor. She thinks and acts as she is better than everybody else, truly a nightmare. I tried my best not to tell her anything because I thought she would snap but it was truly the most horrible experience of my entire life so far, hopefully the next time we go to a Dr. will be a different name, face, attitude, professionalism , knowledge, willingness, compassion, etc. " If you don't have something nice to say , please don't say anything" . She made unwanted remarks, she belittles us. I will like to forget you Dr. Cathy . I hope you learn how to be a better human being, kindness is free.

Dr. Stein's secretary Louise is incredibly rude and aggressive. She repeatedly spoke over me while I was trying to arrange my first appointment. I ended up cancelling my appointment before even meeting with Dr. Stein. I would never attend this practice for this reason. I'm shocked at the level of customer service and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
