★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never said how long for appointment i thoung is not that long but end up waiting for almost 2 and half-hour, my appointment ia 12 pm i didn't get it done around 2:30 pm . They should be telling meon the phone how long that will because im driving from Kingston all the wY to Mississauga for this appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here 9 years ago and was happy with my experience which is why I chose to return here recently for another test. My experience was excellent from scheduling, over the phone, to the reception, when I checked in, to the testing and consultation. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr Kon & Yvonne, the technician, who were amazing - they were very personable, supportive. and understanding. They took the time to answer all my questions patiently. They made my experience stress-free (even though I was there for a stress test!) which is no easy feat during these stressful Covid times! I also want to thank the receptionists who provided excellent customer service! As such, this centre is a model of excellence in healthcare and deserves a 5 star rating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canceled my appointment the day of, which I had scheduled for a month. Then rescheduled me to the "next available appointment" over a month later.
They have a 48hour cancellation fee. Where's my money for canceling on me the same day. Ridiculous

What's great is the forward thinking KMH has shown in offering FREE valet services for their patients and kudos to King Valet Parking. Their customer service and friendliness is exceptional. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lost the results of MRI. We got the report but needed the CD. 4 months they made excuses as to why they were not available. Even told us once there was a security breach and couldn’t access the info. Went to see surgeon but didn’t have cd as requested so he ordered mri done again in London. They are incompetent and the staff make up excuses and are condescending

Like many others my experience here was very unprofessional. Appts were cancelled with disregard for the patients. My cardiologist was ‘late’ to an appt by about 4 hours and then I received a call 3 hrs into that wait from reception indicating that appt was to be cancelled. This or very similar situations happened several times when I was a patient there (about 6 months time).
I wish that many specialists would reflect a BASIC UNDERSTANDING of their job and their field and realize that these are appts that people have to PLAN for. People need to drive sometimes from hours away to receive medical care, take personal days or pay cuts from work to get appts in, people have kids, older family members and pets that they need to take care of. It breaks my heart to see a lot of other patients detailing their experience and saying that they drove from 2-4 hours away from the GTA to receive care here, only to be treated the same.
I didn’t feel like they cared about me or my care when I was a patient but, strangely, now that I am not, they call me incessantly trying to book and rebook appts, and occasionally leaving me voicemails indicating that they have rebooked appts w/out speaking to me first… it is to the point where I have had to block their Mississauga locations phone number lol. As such I would advise that if you’re looking for a cardiologist, you go somewhere else. It’s not worth your time to start a patient relationship here.
