This was my first time having an ultrasound as requested by my doctor to determine if my IUD has expelled/migrated elsewhere. Despite raising these concerns, acknowledging the pain I have been experiencing, and my anxiety - the technician barely even spoke to me to let me know how things looked. I mentioned that I feel a bit anxious as I don't know what's going on and tried to get a look at the monitor but she just told me to lay down and then said nothing to me for the rest of the appointment. After the pelvic exam, she went to leave the room so I could prepare for the transvaginal exam. I had to again ask how things looked only for her to give a vague/dry response, which offered me no peace of mind. After my transvaginal exam, she left the room, and opened the door, while I was still laying on the table and there were patients walking in the hall. I felt so uncomfortable as someone could have easily looked in the room and she didn't even care to let me know - so I was kind of blindsided and in shock. After changing back into my clothes, I went to wave goodbye to her as I was leaving and she just gave me a dirty look and continued talking to her colleagues. She was also not wearing a mask at this point, which is concerning due to rising cases, (3,124 today in Ontario alone) and new concerns about the omicron variant. You would think a healthcare professional would understand why they need to wear a mask at this time, especially as she is working with pregnant patients. She did an okay job (regarding her technique) but, I didn't even feel like she was treating me like a person. Even when she asked what brought me in today, she cut me off while I was speaking and just asked me to lay down. Moreover, I expressed some discomfort/pain during the procedure and she would just say things like "I'm not doing anything" or "it's almost done." The staff working at the front desk were okay, but the technician was very apathetic and lacked the bare minimum compassion you would expect.

saba was amazing and compassionate for my wife's12 weeks scan. She gave her so many wonderful tips and ensured she got a clear image with all the data needed to complete the scan. She really eased my wife’s and I mind. You’re lucky to have Saba at this location

I have been to this location several times over the years. The front desk staff are always great, especially Cathy and Yuliana but I don't know everyone's names to mention. The x-ray technician Naadira is fantastic! She is so pleasant, friendly and comforting. Wait times are usually very short and I appreciate the free parking as well. I will continue to use this location whenever I need their services. Thanks to all the great staff!

The service was fine but the place smelled like a laundromat. I have medical condition called multiple chemical sensitivity and the chemicals that are in fragrances cause me great pain and discomfort. I was asked to strip from the waist up and put on a gown. The gown was saturated with fragrances and I told the technician I could not wear it that it would be like torture. I found that the pillow on the examination table was fragranced as well. I came in feeling fine and left with my eyes burning, throat sore, and a severe headache. As a medical facility they should take as much care as possible to "do no harm". I cannot recommend this place and I will not be going back unless they take my medical condition seriously and refrain from subjecting patients to unnecessary exposure to these chemicals. There are plenty of fragrance free alternatives.

This place is wonderful as far as the receptionists and other staff are concerned, they are always helpful and take time to solve any problem you have, which is really appreciable. It’s a shame though, when just one technician can ruin all the others hard work and patience. I’ve had my ultrasound taken here before and the technician was really sweet, but for my anatomy scan the old technician with short blonde curly hair (I wish I knew her name)was so rude, she just kept yelling and complaining about me breathing heavily, and instead of giving me a break she started pressing the probe hard against my tummy , which was sore the next day. She made it such a horrible experience for me, this is my second pregnancy and I’ve never seen such a impatient and rude ultrasound technician. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted to know the gender, I had to ask her. Finally when I got to my doctor, I got to know that I had to repeat the whole ultrasound, because the technician couldn’t see 1 small detail. During COVID when l’m trying to minimize exposure, she made me go through all that for nothing. I’m glad I don’t have to go back to this clinic though.

I have had four ultrasounds at this location during my pregnancy. 3/4 were with the same tech and she made it a poor experience for me. She did not talk at all during my appointment or try to make me feel comfortable or welcome. She only let me see the baby for a few seconds and would answer my questions with dry, vague responses. She really took away from what should be an enjoyable experience, especially during my first pregnancy. If any more ultrasounds are required, I will be asking my doctor if I can be referred elsewhere

The front receptionist was very pleasant in checking me in. I went for an ultrasound which I have waited for two months to get. The technician proceeded to comment that she couldn't see anything that was wrong and was rude in both her tone, mannerisms and indicated that I didn't need to be there. The technician does not know previous medical history or ongoing health issues nor does she need to. It is my understanding that she is not there to comment, judge or provide a personal decision about if I should receive medical care or not. I would not recommend this place for an ultrasound if it can be helped because clearly unless you cannot satisfy her morbid tastes she is not interested in you being there.

Pleasant front staff everyone was helpful and polite. I had called earlier to inquire about booking an appointment and was told xray are walk in basis. I asked if i could send my requisition over email and i was provided with an email where i could send it to them. The entire process was smooth and hassle free. I have been to this location in the past as well the wait times are also decent and its not bad at all. Staff tried to accommodate everyone there was a senior who was done her appointment yet they were kind and understanding enough to let her sit in the waiting area to wait for her ride. My technician in hijab who did the xray was super polite i didnt catch her name (sorry) but she was polite and cheerful. Her energy was great! Overall great attitude and fast service.
