★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MRI techs are professional and friendly and help you keep calm for the scan. The check in process at reception can take time as they verify your information and your dr's information. Pack your patience and be ready to fill out forms on your phone for covid and procedure screening when you get there... paper forms for those without a phone or data. Once you get through reception everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You can save time by not wearing any clothes with metal, they give you a locker for any items you have with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to get in for an MRI quicker than anticipated, which came as a surprise. Arrived 30 minutes before appointment as instructed, but I had filled out the forms online the day before so I just sat and waited for quite a while. A suggestion is maybe to not ask patients to come quite so early if the paperwork has already been filled out (especially when the appointments are very early in the morning). The staff was friendly and helpful. I was a bit nervous for my appointment, but once I was in the MRI I kept my eyes closed and did not feel any panic whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to take my son for 3 mri in 2 nights we had a far way to come arrived early we checked in and they were able to take us early on both nights which was awesome. The tech people were very pleasant and very happy doing they love to do.
The ladies at the front were also very nice and helpful
Quick appointment turn around had they appointment in 4 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing. There was some confusion as to whether I even had an appointment the day that I attended, and they still managed to get me in for my MRI. I can't express enough gratitude to the ladies at the front desk who resolved my appointment issue. Today, they served as a reminder of the empathy and beauty that can be found throughout humankind. If you need your faith in humanity restored, go injure yourself and come here for an MRI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasant experience here at GNMI…I was first given a phone call regarding my appointment which I confirmed. They also sent me a reminder message asking me to confirm. On the date of the appointment, I was asked to fill 2 forms, one was regarding the issue why an MRI was needed and the second form was a covid form. There was no wait time at all. I was immediately taken to the MRI room. The nurse was pleasant as well as the front desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. They should DEFINITELY email you the forms beforehand instead of doing it on your phone in the waiting room, it would probably cut down on the amount of people crammed into the waiting room. The technician was nice, but kept saying that I was moving when I was literally just breathing? However they make you pay for access to your results. Not okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptionally fast and kind service from everyone! Got 4am appointment for MRI in 2 days; CT scan was walk-in the next day! Hard working staff got yelled at by an A**hat patient. Never be THAT guy. Saima at the Mississauga location is all heart and empathy! Can not recommend highly enough!!! They picked up the phone at 3:30am when I couldn't find the building and receptionist stayed on the phone to direct me. Unbelievably nice!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you call this clinic, you get hold and let you wait cause you are in the cue, please hold you are next in line and then suddenly will disconnect called a few more times same thing happened. Worst customer service, did a few times in here they have a bad customer service. They told me to wait for half an hour in my car cause they are behind really that day was so cold and can’t barely walk. Then lady who calls on the patient for your turn in MRI inside once she talks to you I have to remind her twice to wear the mask properly, the nose is out and only the mouth was covered. Hallway is very cold once you’re inside waiting for your turn and changed, only gown you’re wearing so it is very very cold I got their attention if the heater is working they don’t seem to know, really.
