★ ★ ★ ★ ★ XTC is an incredible place to get quality service, great prices, and locally made fitness equipment. Daniel is super friendly and helpful. I was looking at building a basement gym to do power/CrossFit style workouts and he had everything I needed, in stock and ready to go! I picked up a rack with pull-up bar, power bar, and York bumper plates. The XTC rack and XTC bar are dynamite quality. I won't be shopping for equipment anywhere else.

Ordered a part for a Concept Rower and paid extra for 3 day shipping. As weeks went by I would email and call on several occasions and not once was a call answered or returned nor was any email acknowledged or returned. 3 months later my part arrived..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered york bumper plates and their xtc squat stands. Everything came in a timely manner, considering it was the beginning of the pandemic. Their squat stands are also equal quality to Rogue stands but way more cost friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they got a lot of bad ratings because they took too many orders during covid and they didn't have the inventory to back it up, ending up having very delayed delivery. But my experience purchasing items has been fine, and their pricing is very competitive.

Answered all questions big and small spent a good amount of time making me feel good about my purchase. Very personable! Bought some flooring, a mat and a Concept 2 Rower!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really cannot say I relate to the experiences of others here. I find XTC fitness great: they have a big choice for free weights, pro style dumbbell handles, barbell needs and much more. Their selection is better than other stores. Customer service experience has been pretty great too, I used their chat service on the website and have gotten in touch with someone in only a few minutes. I had a defective product once, and they sent me replacement without hesitation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order almost 2 years ago now, and had similar issues as most people here have. I ordered a rack and a bench from XTC and it was a pre-order so I knew it would be delayed, but it was almost an entire year before getting them. Working in a field that is affected by steel supply myself, I know it is not completely XTCs fault, though communication could definitely be improved upon. I also ordered a York G2 plate set and was able to pickup same day as it was in stock.
I waited this long to review so that I could test the products fully before posting anything. I can tell you that this rack is the most robust and well built rack for the price. Rogue monster lite attachments also fit on it, so you can see I have a dip attachment, extra cups, and front spotters from rogue. The incline bench is a tank of a bench as well, but the only thing it's missing is the ability for a minor decline. Even one notch of decline on this thing would make it a perfect bench.
Also, these guys were working hard through the pandemic to get equipment out the door. I saw it first hand during my multiple trips there for pick ups. Treating people like human beings and having some respect goes a long way sometimes.
Tldr: Upset with the delay at first, but after over a year of use, I'm thoroughly happy with the products (rack, incline bench, G2 weight set).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bench and floor mats from XTC. Daniel, the owner, was great. He dropped both off at my house and installed the mats wall-to-wall. There was no selling pressure in store, Daniel only wanted to get us the best equipment for us at the cheapest price. Would recommend!
