He took his time to explain all our options, choices and even presented a bonus gift. His prices were good, installation perfect. He made sure that I was happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Stars doesn't do Travis nor Spartan Fitness justice, by far the best customer service I've experienced at ANY retail outlet! These are turbulent times, yet Travis managed to process my order over the phone and have my bike assembled/delivered to my house in under 2 hours. Truly amazing under any circumstances, let alone during a health crisis. Thank you so much Travis, I would recommend Spartan Fitness highly without hesitation!

Natalie and Richard are very patient and professional. They help me out with everythihng! I was very impressed with the delievery team as well, they were very professional and quick. I will be returning!
