★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Hypervolt from this supplier with a promised date of arrival for local pickup. Item didn't arrive on time as promised, which led to me working overseas with a sporting team, without the Hypervolt. 360 Athletics was too thrifty to admit their fault and ship item overseas to my address and wanted me to pay for the shipping! End result was I got my refund and left disappointed that I didn't receive my item on time to use overseas for work. Suggest looking for another supplier of sporting goods, one that cares for their customers and doesn't set false arrival dates.

My wife uses her Hypervolt about an hour a day for pain management. Two days ago, the plastic locking tab that holds the battery in place broke, and now the battery falls out as soon as it turns on. I went to the website to purchase a new battery only to find out they were out of stock.
I contacted these guys via email, and in less than 24 hours, they responded and offered to ship me a demo model Hypervolt, that happened to have a good battery in it for the same price as a new battery alone would have been.
They could have ignored me, or they could have told me that the batteries were out of stock and there was nothing they could do, but instead, they went above and beyond for me and my wife.
Thank you 360 athletics!!!!!!!!
