A	Alyssa Ignacio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never be shopping here again and would advise others to stay away. Our upright bike is 2 years old. Just over the warrenty period. Our workouts have been pausing every 6 seconds automatically and requires a restart or 2 to work properly. I tried to call, email and Facebook message Treadmill Factory and was told each time to send a service request in, which I had already done (asking for troubleshooting advice). It took a week for someone to get back to us and once they did, we were told it would basically cost us $350 - $500 just for someone to come look at the bike. For a company that charges that much for workout machine, you would expect some level of customer service, customer retention. Or even just standing behind your product. This just seems like a company that is out to get the initial payment and doesn't care much about what happens with the machine beyond that. I will definitely be looking elsewhere in the future.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products I was looking to purchase. The store manager Mark provided me with excellent customer service and I was extremely happy with the purchase of my treadmill and additional gym equipment. I plan to shop here for all of my gym and fitness needs moving forward. Highly recommend!

He is the best person to see when you walk in to that store. He knows what he is doing. Very knowledgeable as well as he will get you best deal. He also gave key points that I need to remember when I do assembly of this unit. He and his staff helped me out to get stuff in my car as well. Honestly I was very impressed. Kurtis went out of his way to make sure I get complete customer satisfaction. He deserve to be promoted or paid more. I recommend everyone to go to that store and ask for him. He is best. Will shop more… Thank you. Keep the same standard of service.

We met with Mohani the salesperson there and he was very helpful and we received excellent customer service from him. He showed us the different bike options and we purchased the matrix R30 model. We got it delivered today and so far it’s been working great. We are very pleased with our experience with the treadmill factory and with the salesperson Mohani and looking forward to purchase more exercise equipment from you in the future.

He also provided many tips and ideas in making the setup much easier. With so many different types of power racks on line he made the process of purchasing so much easier and was extremely helpful. I have had the power rack for about 5 months and I am very happy with the quality and versatility. Excellent product and staff!

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and have helped us to build our gym. We’ve had the best experience with Kurtis, who has given us helpful hints and helped us to meet our needs and he’s been amazing in securing equipment for us. He’s always great with communication and replies to our questions in a timely manner - even during the pandemic when they were slammed. Ordered a full cage setup when COVID initially hit, and customer service was fantastic and super friendly! I just recently purchased a few other pieces of equipment for my gym and worked with Curtis throughout the ordering and pick up process; he’s a phenomenal guy! From the time I called in to see if they had it he was super helpful, gave me a full rundown on how orders work, when I can come pick up, and was super friendly when I went to pick it up that SAME WEEK! Yes, the orders come in fast if you place it at the right time! Definitely going to be going back for more fitness essentials :)

With gyms closed due to the pandemic, Treadmill Factory has proved very useful in outfitting my home gym. Most of my dealings have been with Mark, who I find is very knowledgeable and friendly. However the other members of the team there are also great. Contact through email has been seamless and pickup is very easy. Prices are great, and as a repeat customer there are definitely more savings. Overall I highly recommend the treadmill factory.
