T	Tina Powell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Design excellence from start to finish! From the moment I met my designer Krista Hind (Mississauga Ethan Allen), I knew we would make beautiful rooms together! She asked all the right questions and used her incredible talent and creativity to capture the vision I had for our kitchen, great room and recreation room. It was a tricky project because she was incorporating new Ethan Allen items with my current decor and furnishings. She did such an amazing job my husband and I were inspired to redecorate our master bedroom and my home office! The challenge was that I had no idea what I wanted for either space. Krista was working with a clean slate literally and figuratively! I am thrilled to report that her design concepts were fresh, inviting, and fit our lifestyle and decor preferences perfectly. She solved all the pet peeves I had about our current spaces and saved me from making bad choices I would have made if left to my own devices. I am so grateful for Krista’s time, patience, expertise, and enthusiasm. Did I mention that all these design services cost me absolutely nothing? Even when Krista came to my home! In fact, Krista saved me additional time and money by encouraging me to become an Ethan Allen member, by advising me of upcoming sales, and by catching a significant error in my kitchen design drawings I just happened to show her! Will I shop at Ethan Allen again? Thanks to Krista Hind, why would I shop anywhere else?

She knows the products so well and gave us great advice on the furniture and fabrics (which can be very overwhelming as there are tons of options). She came to our house doing measurement and helped with the design by giving great ideas. We really enjoy working with her and would highly recommend her services.

I got material samples mailed, callbacks within a day or so and was treated very nicely. Received my couch within the time frame I was given. Very happy with my choice, quality and design!

The ability to customize was great. I would have given 5 stars however when we first walked into the store on several occasions we were looked at and just ignored. It could be the way you do things as to not pressure anyone but to a let's say diverse group or couple, it does seem as though we were judged. Especially when another not as diverse couple walked in and would get a greeting right away. It could be that we looked young and maybe not in the market to buy. I don't know but you're lucky that the representative who did help us, noticed us right away when we crossed her path and was exceptionally nice and helpful especially since we were so indecisive. I will definitely be recommending and purchasing in the future but directly with Krista and I hope that you might discuss perception with your staff. I will note that if we asked a question everyone was very nice.

When I did ask for assistance, she was very helpful and informative. She gave me printouts and suggestions to take home and show to my husband, She even sent a sample of the fabric I was interested in. When I(we) was ready to make the purchase she came in on her day off to accommodate me. On the whole I would recommend Pooja as a good face for the establishment.

Diane was very patient and helpful throughout the process and guided our family to get what was best for us. Really look to shopping at Ethan Allan again in the future.

When it came to furniture choices, I found out about Ethan Allen's interior design services and decided to give it a try. My experience working with their interior designer was well beyond my expectations and such an amazing experience. Nour was responsive, thorough and really took the time to understand my home design, my taste and what I was trying to achieve in the home. She went above and beyond in terms of providing support and guidance to turn what could have been an overwhelming and stressful situation into an exciting one. The combination of Ethan Allen's design services, high quality furniture and custom choices made it an easy one stop shop for all of my homes furnishings. I can hardly wait to see the pieces come together in my home later this year!

I continued to shop Ethan Allen mostly on-line where I encountered Design Consultant, Krista Hind. Krista has been a great go-to adviser for decorating ideas and has provided top-notch service. She shows a genuine interest in my decorating goals and despite having not met her in person (she’s in Mississauga) I feel she’s their for me when I need her. I would highly recommend Krista as a consultant for your decorating needs - she is a reliable partner and her experience and willingness to help will not disappoint.
