E	Ezra Daniel Devasagayam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was living in a one bedroom plus den (20 medium Home Depot boxes and basic furnitures) and I could only reserve the service elevator in my apartment building in Mississauga for 2 hours. Just two movers were enough to load their truck and they still had some spare time in the elevator. They kept us informed of when they will arrive at my current apartment and they reached 5 minutes before us on our destination home. They also asked beforehand about which furniture will go to which room along with the boxes. All in all, a very professional service at an affordable price. They also kept their word on their rates which was clearly described to us at the time of booking. I did some research on other movers and found them the most affordable ones. I will surely recommend them to all my friends.

They emptied out my 3400 sqft home in one day and managed to get all my valuable items out without nicking the walls nor scraping the items. Great customer service, and got everything done in two loads, they really worked hard and made the most of time. Would recommend.

Both the company and the individual movers they sent did not seem to care much. The movers did not treat my items with care, even when I asked them to keep furniture protected and not mark up my new walls - they said “we’ll try our best” not to but it was clear they did not. They also did not wear masks, and when asked to by my condo building’s staff they still refused. When the move was over, I was asked to pay by eTransfer to one of the movers’ personal bank accounts(?!). They asked me to leave a positive review on Google and to report any damages. I reported the damages to the company and never heard a response.

They are professional and courteous in their communication and not “pushy” with anything. Happy to make the customer happy!They showed up on time, no time wasted, moved everything with no scratch or dent on any of the ways and were able to move an upright piano from a mid stop we planned. Finally, they advised us they are taking a break and deducted the amount from the final hours charged. Honest hardworking young team of movers. Highly recommended them!
M	Muhammad Tariq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moving industry is full of scam artist with some exceptions. Mass Movers happened to be the exception. I hired their services to move a 2 bedroom apartment. I found them punctual, courteous, very professional and honest. Unlike other movers who deliberately slow down the move to add hours to the invoice, these guys worked full speed without wasting time. What surprised me most that they stopped for a quick bite while driving with the loaded truck and deducted 30 minutes from the total time they spent for buying lunch. A pretty unheard honesty standard in this industry. I will definitely utilise their services again, if needed, and recommend to family and friends.

They made our experience so smooth and easier than ever. The crew that showed up were delightful as well....hoping to not move for a while now, but when the time comes, I will definitely be using them again! Just Awesome....
