Great and big store. The locations is perfect to access in car ? or using the public transport. You can find a big variety of furnitures and decorations. The store is follow the COVID 19 protocol. You have to wear mask? all the time. Big parking lot. Check in the web side for open hours. The store is moving to another location. Great costumer service ? Be aware that during the COVID 19 the delivery need 100 days or more to arrives ? Excellent quality products but a little expensive compare with others store. Public washroom ? are available for the public.

Had a great experience with Elouisa. I came in looking for an oversized chair for a room in our home with my very active and busy 3YO in tow (which is a challenge of its own!) and Elouisa was so incredibly kind and helpful - paying attention to both me and my needs, but also engaging with my son to keep him busy and entertained. Much appreciated the attention she spent with us and we left with a great purchase.

We had a great experience at Lazboy in Mississauga at the Vega Blvd location. Sales associate, Moniba was a great help. She provided her services in a professional manner and helped us get the best deals! She made sure our furniture was delivered and followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied.

Moniba provided us with fantastic customer service buying our new Lazy Boy chair this weekend. Unlike many sales people, she was not at all pushy, but was available to answer questions and provided thorough explanations of all features when requested. Would recommend anyone who visits the store calls ahead to make sure she is available before going in! Thank you.

Very refreshing shopping experience. Didn’t have 10 people surround us the moment we stepped in the store. Frances approached us, welcomed us, asked what we were interested in, pointed out where we could find it and then told us where she would be if we needed any assistance. Gave us great suggestions and was a delight to work with. Keep up the great customer service Frances!!

I’m writing this on behalf of my mom who is a senior. While our experiences started out well in store with a designer who was helping us, as soon as a sales person got involved, things have gotten progressively worse. And she hasn’t even received her order yet…. Many mistakes were made while we were in store. Starting with a quote that had to be revised over and over again as the sales person kept forgetting to include all the details of the order. These mistakes were repeated at the cash when my mother went to give her deposit. It was a long, painful sales experience, echoed by the frustration of the woman at the cash who had to fix all of the sales persons multiple mistakes. When we left, my mother and I joked that at least no other mistakes can be made now that the order is with the manufacturer. We were wrong! My mother received a call by the salesperson on the weekend explaining that she has been undercharged by $200 and that the manufacturer wouldn’t start making her furniture until she paid up. My poor mom didn’t know that this is illegal and that if Lazy Boy advertises a certain price and you enter into a purchase agreement with them, they are accountable for their mistake, not her. We will be escalating this issue further, however, in the meantime we feel it’s important to leave a review (without mentioning the name of those at lazy boy who are involved) so others are aware.

We had a great experience at the Mississauga showroom on Vega Blvd! The showroom looks great and we were approached by Anne who welcomed us and gave us all the space and time we needed to look through and try the many products. Anne had a good sense of when to re-engage with us and was very helpful in guiding us to make our purchase decisions. We are really looking forward to taking delivery of our new Kipling sofa and love seat with powered recliners. Andrea was also very welcoming and helped us understand how the battery power unit worked. We decided to purchase these for our love seat so cords would not show as these units will be away from walls. We didn’t remember what the third ladies name was that helped with our bill but she was great too. Thank you Anne, Andrea and colleague for ensuring we had a such a positive experience!
