People who came for the assembly did not wear masks, were rude and don't care about customer's property. After complaining to the store manager, only one person put on a face shield. Overall not a happy experience with the delivery.

Harman helped us to customize our couches and threw in a unique desk for a great deal! Delivery was quick and everything was as promised. Definitely coming here for all furniture in the future :)

However, I found a beautiful sofa and after consultation with a rep, found I could custom tailor for my needs. In fact, I ordered two pieces. The sofas arrived in EXACTLY the colour I wanted. To my absolute delight, the pieces were produced and delivered in about 3 weeks, rather than the 6 that I anticipated! Delivered the same night, I can now enjoy my new furniture for all my holiday entertaining! This experience exceeded my expectations!

And on top of that, Manik, one of the store managers is extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond to suggest you the right furniture for your space, keeping customer and his/her priorities/desires first. Not all sales folks have that quality anymore. If you want modern and elegant furniture, might cost you a little more but as they say, you get what you pay for. :)

We customized every feature possible of the couch and love seat so they would fit perfectly in our home. They were ready earlier than expected, delivered on time in a very careful, thorough and respectful manner and were exactly as we ordered. The leather glider is exceptional, the Ferrari of leather chairs. All these items were fully handcrafted in Canada, with almost all parts sourced here - a feature we love. We shopped around and these items were competitively priced, and often lower, than the competition. We were thrilled that our fully customized couch and love seat were often cheaper than similar standard or fixed sized sofas in other stores. Manik was excellent to deal with, no high pressure, always helpful and patient with questions. He accommodated all our requests and was very professional, especially when working with us and our interior decorator in choosing materials and design. He was also more than helpful and went out of his way to provide us with material samples for the pieces we ordered. We love the quality of products this store offers and their competitive prices. We also love the excellent choice of quality products from Canadian manufacturers and suppliers. Great store to deal with and look forward to purchasing from them in future.

I started with the purchase of a sectional leather couch, and over time (2years) I have purchased two bedroom sets, a dining room table/chairs, and multiple accessories. The quality of the furniture is far superior to many stores and the price is not overly inflated. Manik is professional, relaxed, and knowledgeable, he helped me with all my purchases, patiently answering all my questions, and showing me all my options. Delivery was efficient and quick, usually less than one week to organize. The delivery crew members were reliable, friendly, and helpful. Overall I highly recommend this store and consider myself lucky to have found it !

I recently ordered custom furniture to be made, it turned out better that I expected. Very comfortable. I have been dealing with Manik, he is fantastic. He promised me a finish date and kept his word. It is wonderful to have such great customer service, which is rare these days. Their delivery company crew are also wonderful, such pleasant people. Thank you to the staff and delivery crew, you guys are awesome!!!
