β β β β β I was making an appointment for my elderly mom. They told me that it would cost $100 out of pocket to check the health of the eye. I asked why and they said because of Covid. I asked was it because of the ongoing issues with gov't and Ohip? She said no, it was because of Covid and they don't so this exam because they have to get up close. Hmmmm....but you guys DO the exam for an extra $100?? Recently, I, myself had my eyes checked with health exam included in Guelph. I shared that with the receptionist and she told me to take my mom to Guelph! Not a very nice person. My elderly mom has been going here for years, I might add!
Be prepared if you need an eye health check!

β β β β β Definitely recommend this place. Got an eye exam done this year and it had been the most thorough and detailed eye exam I had gotten. This was the first time I needed glasses and the doctor took her time to help me choose a nice frame!

β β β β β My stress levels went up when my glasses broke at work today. I am greatful for Dr. Jani for fitting me in for an appointment on a short notice today. I was able to get my eyes examined and got to go home with my new pair of glasses in less than an hour. It was the first time I saw Dr. Jani and it was an amazing experience. Awesome service, thank you!!!

β β β β β Loved my experience here. All the staff members were very friendly and the doctor explained everything during the whole process. The clinic is also very clean and follows all protocols. The staff was amazing with helping me choose a pair of new glasses!
