When I called Streetsville Medical Centre looking for a new family physician, the receptionist listened with genuine interest and care. She understood my worries in trying to find a physician, for myself and my entire family. She was comforting and attentive to my concerns. Thank you to the clinic and to Dr. Taylor that has taken us all on as patients. This is an immense worry removed from me and my entire family. Many Thanks! Looking forward to this great new journey with Dr. Taylor and the team.

My family has been going here for over a decade and we officially all have stopped now. when calling in now the receptionists all from hell. The most rude and incompetent front desk employeees in the entire world. Dr Palmer what a fantastic doctor who truly cared about his patients but for the last 5 years or so call in and try to get an appointment every single time it’s minimum of 2 week wait time ???! I won’t be sick by then they have really lost all credibility here and I don’t know how the doors are still open. To the point where they don’t care anymore I’ve shared my frustration with every employee there and nothing changes. Steer clear go somewhere where the doctors and employees actually care
S	Sridhar J. Ram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good luck getting an appointment to see Dr. Palmer or for that matter any Dr. We have been with this medical centre for close to 20 years. Clearly recall the day when they were on Britannia Road, and a sign that portrayed WELCOME DR. David Palmer to our Clinic and encouraging everyone to book an appointment. I truly believe Dr. Palmer is knowledgeable, talented and easy to get along with, but almost impossible to get hold off till you get better on your own. I understand Dr. Palmer can be busy and booked for several days, but this Medical practice WOULD NOT let you see any other Doctor within their own Clinic and instead encourage patients to go to the emergency or to another walk in clinic to consult another DR.. After two decades of going to the same clinic, we are left with no other alternative, but seek another Dr. who is more accessible.

Many family members have been coming here for decades, but over the last 5 years i'd say, quality service levels and the friendly demeanor of staff no longer exists. Receptionists are evidently tired, annoyed and arguably rude to patients and other staff members alike. If finding a GP/Family Doctor was easier I know a number of people who probably would. Unfortunately I think they know how difficult it is, and now care more about how many patients they can bill per month instead of the quality of care each patient is receiving.

The online appointment booking system is very simple to use, although I prefer to call in. There's ample parking and it's very convenient. The office is very clean. I highly recommend Streetsville Medical.
