1. Poor service from admin staff I can see many people already made a point but I can't emphasize this enough that the admin service is terribly rude and unorganized, especially some agents accepting phone calls, and their manager. I wanted to make a consultation call, but I had a hold for 30 -40 mins. Once I finally got someone to talk, she said I made an appointment with a wrong doctor, and other doctor will call me. I was confused by her message as I was inform to talk differently in the beginning. I wanted to double confirm her message and asked her name. She went "IT'S PRIVATE. We don't give you a name, OK?" I got other agent names when I called previously and they were attentive enough and gave me their name all the time, Also never had any experience to have that response from hospital admin staff. I asked to talk to her manager, and she said her manger is out of office and hung up. I called the office again and got the manager name from other agent who was nice, and left my number to talk this issue. Never received any phone call from their manager, either. No wonder why their service is so poor and ill-mannered. 2. No guarantee that you will get a family doctor I have been registered for this teaching unit for almost 5 year so far. When I firstly join, they explained that after getting 2 years services from resident doctors, I will be assigned to a family doctor in the hospital. Now it's been 5 year, no updates that I will get a family doctor from the hospital and I am still struggling to connect my resident doctor due to the horrible admin staff services.

Most times, the phones are not answered, everything is by email. Very slow to respond, I asked to add more tests to the lab work, they didn't even respond. Lab results are not followed up on, was rushed during the video call. It's all about cramming as many patients as they can to make the most money they can. No thanx.

I cannot believe how unqualified the front desk staffs are. It's June 9 at 3pm. I called for an appointment. I waited in line for about 12 mins before a girl picked up the phone. Without letting me say anything, she put me on hold again. She was back a couple of minutes later. Unbelieveably, she put me on hold for the 3rd time while I was in the middle of telling her something. After serveral minutes of waiting on the phone, my line got transferred to a line that gives beeping sound and I got cut off. This was my 3rd time trying to reach my family doctor. It looks like an impossible mission for me now.

Absolutely worst health clinic These doctors just cash money, they are never available when we need it. I’ve been here 6 years unfortunately, and I’ve never gotten a hold of them in last 2 years. If I could report them, I would. Leaving soon.

Never have I written or left any review for healthcare sites but here is a two out of five for y'all, specifically for the older front desk administrators as they can be dismissive and defensive sometimes. I just want to mention I have waited a total of 73 minutes for my scheduled appointment - longest wait time with the team ever, it IS possible. On the side note, having to wait an additional 35 minutes is not "momentarily". Cheers!

The doctors and staff at this office are kind, caring, considerate and take the time to help with whatever a patient's concerns may be. My family doctor, Dr. Graham, and the staff I have come to recognize by their voice alone, including Sannie, have supported me through major life events including childbirth and cancer, with kindness and compassion which I am very grateful for. In addition, the staff have always ensured that my young child was able to access a doctor when needed. I am surprised to read some of the reviews posted here, as they are not at all a reflection of my experience with the CVFHT. This is a busy practice, yet the doctors and staff have never made me feel like they did not have the time to meet with me. I also appreciate that I can communicate with CVFHT through Medeo and that they regularly send emails to inform me of upcoming initiatives such as they did with Covid vaccinations and with the annual flu shot. I also appreciate that the residents provide additional doctors to meet with in the after-hours clinic. I met with many residents while my child first started daycare and was often sick, and the residents were all wonderful, and very good with young children. I have been a patient at this clinic for almost six years, and I can't say enough good things about the team. I have felt cared for and supported at every interaction, and am grateful to be able to work with such great doctors and staff. They are truly amazing!

Bad experience at their 2000 Credit Valley Road location. I received my first vaccine shot at their clinic about a month ago and everything went fine. They booked me right away for my second shot, that was suppose to be today. I went and followed the directions on the door. After waiting a bit for someone to greet me, a woman opened the door and was confused as to why I was there. I told her I was there for my vaccine appointment. She told me they were no longer doing vaccine shots and that they had called everyone to cancel their appointments. Well, I guess they missed me because I did not receive any call from them. I was so upset. What a waste of my time and money (I had taken a cab to make sure I was on time).

I believe the doctors here truly do a good job at caring for their patients. However, the clinic and the doctors need to do a better job at communicating. Where is the accountability? They need to be more accessible. I have friends and colleagues who have email and phone access to their doctors… no chance here! They have an online portal.. patients should be able to contact the doctors or even their assistants through it. Open up the phone lines. Hire more receptionists. A sick old man was begging to be seen by a doctor the last time I was in for an appointment. He had been calling for a day and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. He was completely dismissed. It was disheartening and sickening. They almost called security on him… he wasn’t being rude, he was pleading for help- it was absolutely appalling. I tried to interfere but I was rudely dismissed. I understand healthcare is a difficult role, but have some compassion. It seems the doctors have taken on too many patients and need to hire and train more support staff. The doctors are thorough, but I think smaller clinics are far more accessible. My doctor is great but the other aspects of the clinic are a total nightmare.
