R	Racheal Alderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been seeing my doctor since 2013. However she was working at a different clinic. As of this year, she moved to this clinic. I have never had any issues with her care. She is the most attentive doctor that I have ever had. The only issue that I've had is the phone service. This clinic is quite busy which means waiting on the phone to book an appointment. Other than that, this clinic is great. It's new, clean, staff are really nice and my doctor is amazing.

I finally found a long time physician in her. She is caring, intelligent and hard working. I would highly recommend her.

There have been multiple times where I would need to get medication ASAP and they would constantly forget to fax information to my pharmacy or referrals to other specialized doctors. Another thing, remove the fact that you guys are accepting new patients. If I have to wait TWO WEEKS for a phone call with my family doctor, you guys clearly don't have the ability to accept new patients. I understand that it is a business, but it does no good for the doctor who is flooded with tasks, the patients who need quicker care and for the front desk staff who have to manage this amount of patients.

Utterly disrespecful and unprofessional, has no empathy for patients and is very inconsiderate as to what patience are going through. She's the doctor and should know the problem instead of asking the patient. Very disappointed, what's the point of having all these years of experience?? Lost all hope in doctors because of the way she has been treating me.
i	i D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chaudhry is truly an incredible doctor, goes above and beyond and deserves a 5+ review. In no shape or form does she deserve 2/5 stars as she is an above-average doctor with incredible insight and care for others. If this clinic was reviewed only for her - 5/5. However, the administrative tasks are carried out so poorly by the clinic staff that I am astonished I have to write this review and have it be negative. There is an amazing doctor here (I am sure their are multiple, and I have also interacted with incredible nurses here too) but somehow its so badly organized and communicated that it completely makes this clinic off-putting. I recommend hiring more staff if administrative tasks are being overloaded for the current staff but there should be no reason for not being able to reach reception only once after calling numerous times to get in contact with my doctor (even when I "line up" and should expect a callback.) There is no email system anymore, which is fair if it is being abused, however, communicate this with your patients as it already is really difficult to get in touch with reception. Edit - Response to the owner - It says on the website that the clinic is looking for new patients but it seems as though you guys are already overwhelmed. I can be quite understandable if I have to wait on the phone if the phones lines are busier than normal or if I have to wait a few hours to get a call-back, however, your phone line-up system doesn't seem to work - I never get a callback. Phones are going to be busy with only one form of communication available to get an appointment. Perhaps a live chat system on your website would be beneficial to clinic staff and patients.
z	zohaib ahmed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am shook to be reading these reviews about Dr. Chaudhry, a doctor who has no empathy towards her patients. A doctor who does not have two seconds to spare. A doctor who is asking the patient "oh what do you think could be the problem?" A patient is already vulnerable and disheartened with what ever may be going on in their lives, Dr. Chaudhry will make sure you are left feeling nothing but worse. Thankyou for such great passion towards your patients.

She’s an amazing doctor, not just for me but for my little one as well. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. :)
S	S Dot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's way too frustrating to rely on them regardless of the people working there being nice and seemingly hardworking, clearly there just isn't enough staff and it's making the clinic seem really incompetent. I was promised an urgent form would be done on the day and faxed back. It wasn't. (I followed up twice to see if it was on 2 different days. And then I called when they opened on the last possible day I could have this done, and in a total of 2 calls because I never received a callback from the first, I stayed on the line for 40 minutes in total without reaching anyone...it just ends the call with a certain time limit.) Now I have no way of getting the medication I need until Monday (which is now pointless and this was communicated to them) even if my pharmacy gets the form over the weekend. My pharmacy is also really fed up dealing with them because it wastes their time and mine. I haven't left because my doctor is truly the best doctor out there but I don't know how much longer I can deal with at this level of service outside of that. You need more staff and a better phone system/more lines open.
