So shocked reading all the bad reviews about the front desk staff. They are taking care of 80+ patients with no problem and such sweetness. Julia or julez helped me out alot and made my visit super easy on their busy saturday. Thanks girl !

New staff are extremely polite, they answer all questions. No complaints. Just expect long wait times, otherwise very good doctors and ** NEW** staff.

Cannot get through to book an appointment.. Mailbox is always full. Very frustrating. I asked to speak with my husband's doctor and they promised a call back same day and no one called. called back the following day and i was promised again that the doctor will call me back and no calls. My second week trying every day and all i get is the mailbox is full and will not accept messages. I am not sure what's happening. this is a basic request.

I have been visiting this place quite often. The doctors are good. The arabic receptionists are awful, rude and dont know how to handle work and only give preferences to people who can speak arabic. I guess they do it as get the position as receptionists as a privilege of being arabic. The other non arabic receptionists are better in handling the job and people. I hope the doctors understand that they should not only hire staff making their ethnicity the criteria.

I feel so bad writing this review as Dr. Suleiman is exceptional and dr. Hussein is amazing however except for Angela, the receptionists are horrible. I can't emphasize enough how bad, negative attitude and rude the others are. After my dr. had called me to come and informed me that my form will be ready for me to pick it up from his assistant on a certain day, the receptionist that picked up the phone assured me that my form is not there and my dr.s assistant is not in the clinic! she literally said "she didn't come today SORRY and hung up in my face. Very sick I drove to the clinic, and guess what, my file was there and so was my dr.'s assistant. I told her this other lady is giving misinformation to patients who are calling, this is unethical and unprofessional. If she doesn't want to work or this type of job is exhausting she can leave just don't lie to people to reduce your work load ... after all I was just there to pickup my file and pay. Today again, I call and same thing from her voice I knew she's going to say my dr.'s assistant is not available when I was told again by my dr that she will be there. Medicine is an ethical job.. not approach it if you are a lying snake .. just saying.

Extremely busy clinic with great doctors. Front staff is actually really nice and they work hard. I realized they had a new switch of staff and they manage the stress with a smile. Not sure why so many bad reviews for hard working ladies. Thank you for what you do for us patients !

Getting my bloodwork was very easy and quick, I went in for my appointment and the doctor took me to the blood testing room. They drew a sample and gave me my results the next day. The lab technician was very friendly and made the process very easy for me. The staff were great and made my experience very good. The doctors were great and made sure my medical needs were met. Overall 10/10 service and staff.

Unfortunately, this is my family doctor; they never answer calls, always a long wait time even when I've booked an appointment. They called me on a Saturday to give me some lab results, and they had me waiting on the phone listening to people walk by for an hour (while I was working), for them to tell me my results in 5 minutes. The plus side is that I find the staff quite nice as I am nice to them first. Other than the fact that they need to answer the phone, they get everything done very efficiently.
