★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the onion rings and buffalo cauliflower salad, and my sister got the superfood caesar. Delicious! ?The food was fresh and the service was quick, even though we could tell they were busy with takeout orders! ? The manager and the waitress came up to us many times to ask if we were okay and if we needed anything else. If could give this location 10 stars, I would.
Can't wait to come back and order the nachos and a cake slice ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our first time with Fresh. If your are Vegan or Vegetarian and this is must try restaurant. They have a great menu with great choices. We ordered Cauliflower bites with buffalo sauce which was bit tangy but it was tasty.
Price is $$, ofcourse as its vegan restaurant but we found it reasonable.
You will find heathy menu options too. Ambience is great and perfect to spend time with your parter.
Staff was very good and recommends the best choice of the menu.
They followed all the health & safety guidelines.
We loved it overall and its a must try place atleast once.
Yes, we will come back again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So yesterday my vegan friend took me here for my birthday and it was delicious. We ordered from the happy hour menu. My favourite is the onion rings. So good, and the cauliflower, nachos and wraps are so good. I’m not even vegan and I loved it. We topped it off with a nice mimosas. I’ll be going back for sure. They make the parking lot out front into a nice patio. You have to book a reservation.
Only issue we had was they charge us regular for the cauliflower and it was supposed to be the happy hour price. The server was apologetic and corrected it right away.
I’m definitely going back, especially for those onion rings.
I would definitely recommend here for a nice relaxing evening with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are neither vegetarian nor vegan but thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Really good flavour and good size portions. Service was attentive but not hovering. My father had the mushroom pizza, which he said was the best pizza he'd had in a while. It was pillowy, mushroomy and unctious. My mom loved her cauliflower taco and was in love with the beet saurkraut. Crunchy & flavours were bright. I enjoyed the chick'n burger, which I could have sworn was chicken. Great airy room with a ton of charming touches of plants. Im so glad that this is in Mississauga and I don't have to trek to downtown Toronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh has quickly become one of my new favourite restaurants. The food is great and the service is phenomenal - servers go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. I highly recommend this spot!

If we open enough of these or similar, many more will swap to vegetarians or part way there like myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is FANTASTIC! First off the restaurant itself was very nice and the staff were great. They had so many options, I went for the dumplings and the Buffalo wings. Both were delicious. The wings had a bit of spice to them, and the dumplings were nice and crispy. Both sauces they came with were so good I coud have used more! I also got one of their drinks which was nice. Overall, 10/10 and I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new place to try that you will fall in love with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Fresh but this location is hit or miss with the quality and freshness. A few times it’s been good but then a few times it really hasn’t.
Another issue is their sauces/dressings, especially when it comes to the Beach Bowl. I always order a large (for which you pay more) and they almost never give an adequate amount of dressing on the side… Actually, they bounce between giving a “small” size dressing and a “large” one, even though I have payed more for the large one. And today when I saw they gave me the small size portion of dressing and asked for the (adequate) large one, I was told I had to pay an extra $2, which I refused out of principle.
To the owners: cheapness like this and inconsistency will lose you customers.
