★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered projector bulbs for the past 10 years from other companies but Newport Technology really "WOW" me. I got a phone call the same day I placed an order online to assure that my order has been received and will be delivered the way I wanted it. The next day I got a call from the same person that he noticed the bulbs I ordered are found defective so they placed a RUSH order for me from their supplier. It was a Thursday and I need the bulbs by Saturday noon. The sales person assured me that he will take care of my order and told me not to worry. Thereafter he updated me on a daily-basis until the bulbs are hand-delivered by one of the staff the Saturday morning. It was one of the worst ice-storm in Mississauga and I received my order as when I needed it. I am grateful I found this company that put customer's need first. Thank you Paul and thank you Newport Technology. Highly recommended.

It fit perfectly, works brightly :-), was delivered before stated date and I look forward to ordering from them in the future.
