I went here for under eye filler, spent about $1,000, for filler and botox on forehead which I did not need, had infection so had to reverse everything. Left with nothing for $1,000. I wished I read review before going to this clinic. Clinic should have done a test for any reactions first and the brand of filler I did not recognize. My only recommendation is to ask for a test for reaction first.

I would give this place a rating of -5 if I could. I’m on accutane and need an appointment for next month so I can get my prescription for next month like the schedule my doctor and I planned initially. I’m told now that the doctor is on maternity leave and they’re booking for June. I’ve been on 4 months of accutane and now they’re just not accommodating my request to give me my next months prescription. I did email the dermcare address and they said “it’s not in our hands” like now that means that I’ve to stop my rigorous accutane treatment and unfortunately, start all over again when I do get the appointment months later. Imagine taking a pill like accutane and having to stop just because they do not have any bookings where they can refill my prescription….. so much work for nothing.

Waiting in the waiting room for about an hour already. Typing this as I observe the extreme overbooking and patients becoming impatient. It is utterly ridiculous. More heartbreaking was a woman who was unable to get her daughter’s biopsy results for another month! Imagine living with that stress! I will wait it out for another 10 minutes or so. When you see a mass clinic like this, overbooked and patients squeezed into the waiting room you know the standard of care will be ultimately compromised and quick calls to the office over concerns and questions will go unheeded.

Terrible experience. My stitches got infected and I recall the whole process not being sterile. I called twice, emailed 3 times and still haven't heard back. I'm on antibiotics now from my family doctor. I will never go back and would tell ppl to stay clear. My friend also had an awful experience as he was told he wasn't 'worth seeing'

This is a horrible medical office. Front desk is completely disorganized. It takes almost 40 mins to call and book an appointment. I called to book a phone appointment as I usually do monthly… but told my dermatologist is on maternity leave… um is that not something you should inform someone prior to the doctor leaving? Now my whole treatment plan will be effected as they refuse to renew my medication without being seen by a new dr. And im told I cannot get an appointment until the end of April! A whole month. Insanity. Now I will have to restart my medication doses and start my treatment all over again.

I was recommended by my family doctor to see DermCare for my both rashes on my body and mold on my head. after waiting 3 weeks to see the the doctor at DermCare who diagnosed my head only and asked me to make another appointment by asking my family doctor to send another consultation request!!! So I did go to my family doctor and sent another request but it has been more than a week no all back and I have sent a visit request on their website but no respond yet. I have been trying to call them and have waiting for more than 20 min on the calls but impossible to get hold of anyone while I am suffering itchiness from rashes all over my body for more than 2 months. Very disappointment from their service. I suppose I should be looking for another DermCare who cares.

My family doctor referred me to DermCare. My first appointment was fine, but i’ve have probably 4 appointments with them, and since then the customer service has been horrendous. I’ve gotten hung up on by many different receptionists, not to mention they’ve all been rude to me. They don’t confirm your appointment until 3 days before your scheduled time. The dermatologists are perfectly fine, but their not worth the struggle dealing with their customer service team. very dissatisfied, never going back to them.

I've been to this office multiple times with different physicians, took forever to get an appointment and the appointment itself was disappointing. Most of the doctors sit their back to you and write notes on the computer while you're talking, hardly looking at your skin or truly listening to your concerns. Also, there was no appropriate follow up with treatment plan (my concern was acne). Even when I tried to make a follow up appointment, the receptionist just hangs up on you or redirects your call to elsewhere. One time I sat on the phone for an hour waiting for someone to pick up, and then my call automatically ended. Super frustrating. I've gone to a new dermatologist and the comparison is unreal! The receptionist actually picks up their phone and the physician actually listens to you, there's not even a computer in the exam room. Don't waste your time here! Seek out other places if your issue requires multiple appointments.
