★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is terrible. 6 month old baby crying in pain and they don't care or triage an infant any differently.... After 30 minutes the doctor tells us to go to urgent care because they can't do anything there.....! Unbelievable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean clinic.its not so busy.Dr.Azer is a good doctor and very thorough with her check ups and give time to listen to the patient.i went there as a walk in patient but later changed her as my family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even try to go here. They don't care how long you spend waiting for a doctor , and will let other people ahead of you( even if you came 30 minutes earlier then them ). I waited over a hour at this "walk in clinic " and only after I complained I was blessed send to see a doctor or maybe because their was nobody else in the clinik and they were closing . And no one told me it would be near 1.5 hour . And doctor is a bit push Round as well.
Stay away and go to proper clinics with your problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have a family doctor so I go here whenever I need medical help. They listen to you and are very good about prescriptions and renewals. Great in a pinch.
Side note: most doctors charge for medical notes and Alpha is no different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is by far the WORST doctors office you can ever go to. Not only do they make you wait FOREVER just to see the doctor, but the doctor does not know what she is talking about. She told me that i was perfectly fine and i just needed rest, but when i went to the hospital later that day i had a low blood pressure, high fever, and strep throat. She does not know how to diagnose people at all. I then needed a doctors note for school, which she told me she can just give me...and yet, her secretary charged us $20 for it, when every other clinic i go to it is free. When i left the clinic, the secretary told my grandmother that if i like my family doctor better i should go there and that i am unwelcome there again... They are just a money hungry clinic and do not actually help the patients who need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment is no frills but clean and clutter free. The medical secretaries perform bloodwork on wednesdays for convenience.
Dr. E. Azer is comprehensive, professional, and thorough with her checkups and routine care. I feel she is very respective of patient time and appointments. Communication between my specialists, ER appointments and their office is adequate and efficient.
I have been her patient for 6 years, and same with my son since birth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Azer is professional and very helpful. She is thorough and knowledgeable. Her no nonsense approach is appreciated. Diagnostic skills are excellent.
She is also very empathetic.
The secretarial staff are awesome. I am seem by the doctor at the time scheduled. Wait time is minimal.
My family and I are most grateful for the care received to date.
