★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is such a disappointment. This was a special gift for someone very special. The presentation was a disappointing compared to the advertised picture. This was suppose to come with strawberries and whipped cream. Only came with strawberries. When called they stated “didn’t have any whipped cream, we haven’t had it for a while, and nobody complained”. What a poor excuse. You shouldn’t wait until someone complains to provide standard quality. Atleast someone could’ve made and effort and went to the store and bought a bottle of whipped cream to put on the cheesecake. Very disappointed for the money spent.
Now that I called and complained about this, the store blocked my number and it is almost impossible to get a hold of them. Truly disappointed in the customer service as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually make my own fruit platter, but thought i would order from Edible Arrangements. Very embarrassing & disappointed, when delively came
The fruit tray must have had maybe $15 worth of fruit, at the very most even with everything gone up in price. The tray "maybe" had 1/2 a pineapple, a 1/4 cantalope, 1/4 honeydew, a few grapes, & maybe 1/2 a pint of strawberries cut in 1/2, to make it look like more.Spent bought the $50 tray & dipped chocolate strawberries. I understand there is labor into price but this was ridiculous. The tray was flat, not even an effort to make it look like a little mound of fruit. I priced it yesterday & should've made my own tray, & would've been able to use other berries as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered something for my mother and it was perfect. The fruit was so fresh and when I realized I made a mistake on the order, the employees were quick to fix it for me. Arrived right on time! Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edible arrangements are not completely edible!
A friend sent me a basket of fruit that looked so cute. It contained strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, mango, blueberry and watermelon.
Unfortunately the kiwi, mangos and pineapple were so unripe I had to throw them all away.
I don’t personally order from edible arrangements because I never liked the quality of their fruit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The amazing place it is!! Most importantly, the first workplace of my life!! So more special it is!! The opportunity of eating wide variety of delicious fruits, chocolates and cookies was really enjoyable!! Everyone must visit this place!! You won't regret ever!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a Delicious Celebration Dipped Strawberries & Pineapple - Large delivered to my parents for a special event. I was so disappointed they got so much kale and no fruits it was empty! I paid $138 for nothing never again!!! I wouldn’t order again
The flowers dipped in chocolate it was horrible… not a professional job! The one on the picture was very full I couldn’t wait to see it in person. When I went to my parents house I just wanted to hide! No one wants to paid $138!!! For kale :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a lovely arrangement for a friend who was recovering from a procedure. What we ordered and what was delivered was markedly different. The smiley product as pictured was very cheerful. What they sent was very dismal and nothing like picture. The correct fruit pieces but looked more like it was just dumped on the platter.
To make matters worse we contacted customer service through the Edible Arangement website with our dissatisfaction. The site promised a response within 48 hours but we heard nothing. No response. I would be very careful what you order and specifically do not order from the Rathburn location. Terrible terrible terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never order from them again, this is how my Mother inlaw received her cupcakes on Mother's Day.
I have sent 3 messages and have received no response, flowers I ordered with the cupcakes did not look like the ones I had chosen as well. Very disappointed. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from here, don't waste time when they say email them as they don't respond. You should provide your customers with what they are asking for, presentation upon delivery is not what is seen and definitely not what you ordered. My Granddaughters cupcakes look better and next time I will do my own floral arrangement, at least I will get what I wanted. Should be able to do no stars as you deserve zero stars like the service I received, NONE....
