Wednesday August 23, 2017 – is a date I will never forget. Where do I start… My son Jacob has had some rough luck with his teeth, ever since he was about 3 years of age. No matter what my husband and I did he would always get nasty cavities. By the age of 5 he has had 2 teeth extracted from his mouth. Needless to say he is scared shitless of the dentist, poor little dude. My 1st response was “suck it up, no one likes the dentist” then from the help of others around me, I really started to take a step back and really see that this is a little boy who is scared of the dentist. I need to respect his feelings and work harder to find other solutions. Over the past 3 months we have seen 5 separate dentist who try something a bit different every time. The gas doesn’t work, Oral sedation doesn’t work. We did a consultation with a sleep dentist and they quoted us $2850.00 to fix two baby teeth! Were they high on gas? You ask me? Probably… haha Now I bring you to the present time... On Monday August 21st Jacob had a new appointment with a Dr. Bruno Cavatassi at Kingsbury Dental (1891 Rathburn Road East, Suite 13, Mississauga) this man spent at least 2 hours with Jacob trying to reason with him, trying to help him, he was so loving, calm, patient, kind hearted. The whole team at Kingsbury Dental were so kind that day there was a 6 year old screaming and crying at the top of his lungs. I then showed my frustration to a friend who has a little boy as well with bad teeth, they went through a government program called ‘Healthy Smiles’ this close friend goes onto tell me that there family income was too high to normally be accepted into this program but they applied anyway and was accepted. So I said what the hell, let’s apply. I must thank the office manager for literally going above and beyond in not only her job but in being a good, kind human being. Nancy did everything from getting the application to filling everything out, having Dr. Cavatassi fill out and give his recommendations, to sending that in to ‘Healthy Smiles’ to then finding a Pediatric Sleep Dentist for Jacob to go to. I’m sharing this story for 2 reasons: 1-If someone or some parents are out there struggling to find a way to pay the high prices for dental care for your children. You need to do your research on this program ‘Healthy Smiles’ – they do look at every case separately so don’t go by the guidelines on the website. 2-If you are looking for a wonderful dentist who cares so much please go see Dr. Bruno Cavatassi at Kingsbury Dental. I have never in my life been treated so beautifully, and cared for so much. They have seriously done a selfless act here and I’m so grateful. Thank you Thank you Thank you Kalina – Jacobs Mom…

I'm not even a patient there but I can confidently say that they - at least the receptionist (s), doesn't care about the patients. I got a phone call from them the other day which I missed, so they left me a message, obviously not for me though. It's for someone else, and they got the wrong number. So I called back and told the receptionist that I got a phone call for patient so and so, and you have the wrong number because that's not me, please investigate and inform the right patient. Guess what, they called me again the next day! I had to block their phone number, and if you go there, make sure they have the right number because even when someone tried to correct them and get them to provide adequate care to the patients they don't, they simply don't care. Or just choose some other dentist.

customer service is very poor here, i have to book for cleaning, every time they don't finish the cleaning and yet again i have to book to finish the cleaning so they charge the insurance twice, find someone honest instead of them, they just lost me and my family over $50. they lost business of $3000 a year, from us, how smart is that! also the girl in the reception so rude, not smiling and the dentist i told the receptionist that i want to talk to him, can you let him call me and he never did, they just want your money, they don't care about their customers.

Dr Bruno Cavatassi's practice is the epitome of professional . Everything is so clean and well run. The hygienists are all friendly and very gentle . Bruno himself is the best dentist I've ever been to period. He is wonderful. Highly reccomend!!!

Kingsbury Dental Office offers great dental care for the entire family. The office is clean, organized and they ensure the estimation and billing process is easy. You don't wait long to get an appointment and they are always on time when you get there. If you have an emergency they go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Dr. Cavatassi is a compassionate care giver and ensures that you are comfortable when undergoing a procedure even if it takes additional time to add more freezing. He will also outline alternatives on the best treatment depending on the issue, by explaining in understandable terms the health care risks but what possible routes or procedures may be able to work based on your individual needs. By doing this I feel the office looks at caring for me as a patient versus a business transaction. I have been very pleased with the friendly service I have received consistently while being a patient here for probably over 20 years now.

Worst dentist in Mississauga.!!!! After over $20,000 my teeth have never been worse. He will fix a tooth and not mention a cavity right beside it. All I leave with is less teeth and nerve damage. Cares about money, not your teeth !!

Today was my first visit to Dr Bruno, the receptionist took me in, measured my temp and oxygen saturation then let me in. Kim took me in from there, performed some measurements, she was kind, communicative and responsive. She then invited the Dr in. he was very brief in spending time with me, but was informative nonetheless.
