Dr. Steffens makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed every time I’m there. I don’t even mind going to the dentist on a regular bases now. Thank you Dr Steffens and staff for making my visits to the dentist enjoyable.

Not only does she know what she’s doing, she puts you at ease. She never disciplines me but encourages and teaches me new dental hygiene. Her office is bright and cheery and she plays great music, not that scary dentist music. Instead of dreading the reminder call to make an appointment, I do it just to see Dr. Steffens and her amazing team. Who, by the way, are as nice and helpful as she is. Take my word for it. I avoided the dentist like the plague, but not since meeting Dr. Steffens. My whole family loves her. ??

The staff is so welcoming and kind; they are constantly checking up after appointments, they always have my favourite tv show playing when I show up and they never fail to make me comfortable. I was never a fan of going to the dentist growing up and Dr. Steffens made it her goal to make me as calm as possible. Now, I actually can't wait for my appointments because I get to see all the friendly faces (with masks of course because they are extremely safe ; ). Seriously cannot explain how grateful I am for these workers <3

The staff are always professional yet friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, scheduling to minimize wait time is consistent, and customer service is fantastic. The afternoon before my daughter’s wedding I chipped a front tooth and not only did they stay late to accommodate my emergency, the ‘temporary’ fix is still perfect after six years. The follow-up phone calls are especially appreciated and almost unheard of these days. Dr. Steffens and the staff leave me feeling like I am visiting friends and I look forward to my next visit – as do many others from what I have seen. Three decades – that’s ‘barber-level’ loyalty much deserved and well-earned by Dr. Steffens and her team.

Dr. Steffens and her team are very good at what they do, which is provide high quality dental care in a comfortable, safe and pleasant environment. Along with Dr. Steffens, we have come to know each member of the staff well and they are outstanding. Erica, Eleanor and Manisha are efficient and pleasant. As soon as you walk in the door, you can tell that Dr. Steffens creates a great work atmosphere, since everyone seems very happy to be there. There are a lot of laughs and giggles going around and the energy is contagious. Warning: there is a lot of 70s and 80s music on the playlist ( which I actually love) but they are happy to switch it up. All you need to do is ask. There is ample parking, since this clinic is not in a mall, but located in a detached home just near the Dixie/ Rathburn intersection in Mississauga. It probably sounds strange for someone to say that they like to visit the dentist. In Dr. Steffens case, I would be surprised if you didn't. I wish the team all the very best for the future.

The laughing gas is great because it makes the needles feel painless and so does her patience. Erika is great is sooo friendly and great and she also keeps track of all the insurance policies. The reviews I read about Dr Steffens led me to make an appointment with her. Dr Steffens is true to all the positive reviews I read. She was very sensitive to my apprehension and fear of the dentist. I had to have a very complicated extraction done. I can honestly say that Dr Steffens handled it in the most caring way, was super sensitive to ensure I was ok every step of the procedure and explained all the things that had to be done. After the extraction she focused on my overdue oral hygiene, making it a focus to get me back to a healthy spot and ensuring my comfort was a priority during every appointment. Dr Steffens and her staff treat you like family. I highly recommend her and her office!
