Almost a year ago, I did some research on a laser hair company that I saw on Facebook. I saw that they great reviews and it was rated at 4+. After reading real life customer stories and how wonderful the service was, I knew that I had to give this place a try.
I did a laser treatment on my face and the procedure was quick and literally painless! You will only feel heat and even then it’s not hot, it’s just warm.
It was like having a warm facial.
The place itself is trendy and clean.
The ladies have a wonderful spirit and very caring.
Today they gave me reassurance that I do not have to live with the insecurity that I have and that there is a chance for me to love myself again. I can’t wait to see them again in 3 weeks. Please go see Randa at the Mississauga location!!!!!

They provided a comfortable and clean environment where I felt at ease at all times. The staff performing the laser hair removal treatment were always professional and social to make the process as relaxing and easy, along with being sensitive to the intensity of the laser, areas that need extra attention, and monitoring the process to make it as pain free as possible. I would recommend Silk Medspa Mississauga to everyone for a pleasant experience and a lasting hair removal treatment!

I bought 12 sessions of laser hair removal with them and I was completely disappointed. 8 sessions in and the technician was still using the same laser strength on me and I saw no results. They had a change in technician twice and there were other complaints of people not having any results with the former technicians. I got no reimbursement nor was I granted any more sessions even though 8 sessions went to complete waste. I completed my 12 sessions with them and still have the same amount of hair. Waste of time and money and a complete rip off. I would recommend saving your money and going elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a purchased Multiple hair removal packages and have had a great experience with the staff before Covid-19! On March 30th 2020 I had an appointment booked for hair removal services -did not receive any calls or emails notifying me that my appointment was cancelled due to the pandemic. I drove to the spa for my appointment that morning & no answer at the door or closed signage. I have since tried emailing them on multiple occasions as well as left several voicemails pertaining a refund or any communication on when they will re-open their services and re-schedule an appointment. I understand this Pandemic has caused small businesses to close their doors however, Customers should have received EMAILS!! as well as refunds!! this is extremely poor customer service from the company. Once they re-open their doors they better call everyone and re-book fully paid for sessions. I am very disappointed & displeased .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for a little over a year, and I'm so glad I decided to start doing it! The staff are incredibly friendly the location is very clean, the services are reasonably priced, and they have sales/contests continuously throughout the year! I've been doing laser hair removal on my legs and have seen a HUGE improvement. O'm shocked at the number of people who say other wise. Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend them for laser hair removal, or microdermabrasion facials!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a scam!! Beware!! My daughter has dark black hair which is supposed to be easier to remove with laser. However she did 12 sessions and followed all their instructions and yet her hair came out once again very intensely. The 12 sessions did nothing. Strangely the treatment worked for my friends daughter who said the laser caused considerable pain while my daughter felt no pain. I doubt the laser machine was even on. I am very disappointed.
