I liked that Jeff mentioned on his page that he provided a complete experience for the customer - exactly what I needed! Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and I’m grateful that he never pushed me but sought to understand my needs. He never tried to show me properties that were out of my price range but really respected my choices while providing valuable guidance and answering my numerous questions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many people belive that using a realtor will cost them money though the commission that needs to be paid. The reality of this is that your time is also a cost that people forget to factor into what it takes to sell their home.
Jeff's service was absolutely turn key for us. We are not in the business of real estate and Jeff handled everything from the moment we said go, taking care of high defination photos, video and a 3D tour. Ensuring the sign was up and then marketing not just across the usual sites realtor sites, but instagram and other social platforms ensuring visability out to his huge network of realtors with buyers to get our home infront of the right people. In advance of an offer, he fielded all the questions from potential buyers to ensure they had all the information they needed to make an informed offer.
The time we saved using Jeff to sell our home, allowed us to focus on the upcoming move and not worry about juggling work and questions from buyers. I can say without a doubt, Jeff's marketing got us an offer that exceeded anything we could have done on our own, and with a lot less headach as well.
We wouldn't hesitate to use Jeff again either buying or selling a home.
