No amount and pleading seemed to matter. Absolutely no humanity. So disappointed and disgusted with her approach.
W	Wameed Essa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the front desk/ phone admin clerk attitude. The owner should hire people with (at least) minimum customer service experience. Providing a service supported financially by the government doesn't mean to be rude to patients. I called @ 2:20 pm to confirm a scheduled test for my daughter today, and the front desk first refused to have the test done as the Doctor was busy. I repeated that it was the Doctor's order to come today, only then she asked me to come before 3 pm. I explained that I was across the road and it would take me 5 min to be in the office. I asked how long it takes? I was surprised that she got nervous, shut me up, and hung up the phone. She was very rude. From March 2020 till now, the Doctor's office has accepted only phone consultations. No physical Consult or attendance is allowed. Hence, it's normal to ask about how long the procedure/ test will take and if the patient will be seen in time or there will be waiting. I can see why such an employee doesn't respect people's time and doesn't mind being rude since the patient has no other choice but to deal with her to schedule the appointment with the Doctor!!!

She and her staff are professional, caring, attentive, punctual, thorough, courteous and very good in her profession. I recommend her highly and have always been very happy and satisfied with her service and support!
