★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They disinfected the counter picked up my dipping sauce and then threw it in the box on top of my pizza and it melted into the cheese. How disgusting is that! Especially during COVID times. No respect for peoples food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady on the phone couldn't get my address right. The app doesn't allow me to order. Erin Mills says Bristol is my delivery store and Bristol says Wolfedale is my delivery store. Yet there is no address for a Wolfedale store. Finally the app processed my order but took off all my toppings!!
Pizza Hut get your act together, look at all the one star reviews and take action. Glad my order is from another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered pizza from this location. The delivery guy came 30 mins late and delivered it like this. I even tipped this guy and this is how he gave me the pizza. Called the location like 10 times after i saw the pizza but no body picked. Went in to report it today and nobody took ownership or action to correct this. The customer associate Qais was very rude and said he couldn't do anything as the manager pooja wasn't there. No other locations are like this. They would always take ownership right away. Really Disappointed . Paid 30$ for this garbage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there the first time and we should have gone after entering! It smelled horrible there. The fat in which the fries were fried are probably not new and the fries tested like this. The pizza was ok, so I would appreciate if they could fix the fat issue because I like style of the combos. Thanks in advance..

Why cannot you use hair nets ?
I will never visit this pizza hut ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the 2 for $12 flatbread, veggie. Box size was 13 inches but the flatbread was pretty small at less than 10 inches. It's thin crust which is fine. Toppings and taste was not bad. With taxes and tip paid about $15 with the deal. This is regular $7.99 for each. Pretty expensive in my opinion. Even with the deal it's bit expensive but you need to buy 2 to get the deal price. Without the deal you'll end up paying about $10 for each. I wouldn't pay that much. For the taste and deal price, I might buy it again but not very likely. I'll prefer to get the daily medium size pizza deal which is a lot better deal, bigger and better pizza than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been getting take out from this location for years, on average once every 2-3 months in the past 15 years. We only do in-store pick up, and our order always available on time as scheduled (I often order online few hours ahead). So far, we have not had any issue with quality. Staff always seems friendly and polite. Sometimes they would be overwhelmed by orders but they remained helpful and courteous.
