Horrible experience as a pregnant woman. The woman was so abrupt and rude and didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. I left the place in tears. She knew I was looking to confirm my pregnancy and was so cold sounding like a robot. I’ll never go here again and I hope after reading this review you avoid it too!

The worst experience I have ever had in a diagnostic Centre, it was a totally nightmare…I had an emergency with a family member I called in saying that I would be running 10 minutes late to my appointment, I was on my way at 7.30 they only start picking up calls at 8, I was coming out of town, and when I got to the front desk the lady just said you have a 20 minutes appointment, there’s only 5 minutes left I’m afraid that you can’t make it. Can’t she just said that over the phone I had to drive on purpose here to be told that they may not make it???? When I called I mentioned I am running 10 minutes late and she said that I haven’t mentioned anything… really????? I will definitely book it in another location, I felt rushed and not welcomed. Shame on front desk people working like machines with no feelings, principles and education.

I had a Mammogram here and had a great experience. The receptionist who booked me in was extremely kind and helpful, and I was fortunate that she was on duty for my evening appointment. They must hold Mammo “power hours” as it was only women coming in for mammograms the evening I was there. The technician who did my Mammo was friendly, efficient and kind. A very big thanks to Gouri and Lucine for making this such a positive first experience. After intake at reception I think I was in/out in 15-20 minutes.

My appt was booked for 6:15. I arrived early at 5:50 to give time to check in and do COVID screening. When I approached the desk, the lady behind the desk just told me to have a seat and she would call me. After sitting for 10 mins, another lady who walked in behind me was called yo the desk. I immediately indicated that I arrived prior to her. After submitting my form and health card I was asked to take a seat and wait for my name to be called. The lady behind the desk said she normally doesn’t work here and only attends the phones. While waiting to be called another woman sparked a conversation about what time my appt was scheduled for. Another lady said 5:45, another replied 6:00 and another elderly lady replied 5:30. By this time it was just after 6:00 PM . 5-10 mins later 5 names were called including mine at the same time to come to the back. When I entered my change room to put on a gown, the technician called me right away to the imaging room. After finishing up, I got dressed and walked by the other change room where 3 other ladies were waiting to be called. One of those ladies was the one with the 5:30 appt. I felt bad and apologized to her as she was there before me. They don’t follow the appt scheduled for you. They call you in groups and just do one at a time, but in a rushed manner. Having your breasts imaged is a sensitive thing for many women and also very uncomfortable and painful to some. I wouldn’t be surprised if I see bruising on my breasts tomorrow. This had been the worst experience at an imaging centre. I do not recommend doing test there. It was very disorganized . It’s very sad to see our health system falling apart. I will choose another location if any such type imaging is required.

I had my first ultrasound today at this place and it was horrible. Lady who did my ultrasound was so rude, didn’t talk to me at all. She didn’t respond to “Hi” or “thank you” when I was leaving. Overall avoid this place if you want to have a pleasant first ultrasound experience.

I arrived late for an appointment due to incorrect information on my Google map. I was the last appointment of the day and the technician had just left. Gouri the front desk receptionist was extremely understanding and literally dropped everything and ran out of the building to call the technician back and she happily returned. The technician, Zourine proceeded with the appointment although it was past her work day and because of me, I extended her workday. Both were so accommodating and I sincerely appreciated their willingness to stay behind. This centre is lucky to have such conscientious employees.

This is a terrible place! The staff are not well trained in managing sensitive situation (ex, a woman miscarrying) and the tech will just avoid complete eye contact, stair blankly at the screen and stop speaking completely after being all chatty for the first part of the app. It was awful and so unkind. And then, I called the centre to confirm they sent the results to my Dr which they confirmed they had only to find out from my Dr she never received the ultrasound results. Save yourself the stress, go somewhere else!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF A PLACE! The 2 receptionists and the female ultrasound technician are absolutely unprofessional and could not care less about you. I came out of the ultrasound in pain (mind you - there was no communication throughout and the lady went about the ultrasound in a harsh manner) and ended up with a swelling on the body part. I called them up to inform this and they weren't bothered/ don't care if you report them or leave a bad review - this goes to show how much they care about patients. If the ultrasound technician is unhappy in her job then she needs to quit and not cause harm to patients!! Avoid at all costs if you value your health and mental state. The manager or "supposed" owner needs to get their act together and not treat this place like just another government facility! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
