very rude reception, asked a patient to back home today in front of us when her appointment time pasted more than 2 hours and when she asked when she could see doctor. if you cannot plan your time very well, why did you make the appoint to people and waste their time, not to say ask your patient to back home, who give the reception the rights to cancel the patient's appointment? who will be charged if a patient has a serious illness? did they really get professional training? i suggest do not go to there any more in any emergency situation

I am a Dynacare plus subscriber member. This app and website is simply rubish. Very difficult to use and when it comes to printing you get lost. They are making no effort to Improve it. If you call any of their test labs, no one picks up the phone. I think I would send a complaint to the health ministry and the college of doctors

Always been well received..great staff..professional...and I have gone at the last minute...ha. note to anyone going in the COVID era..check online for times..when things are closed or times open..maybe your going to have to wait...sooo, get your phone out, read whatever, but don't t have puppies if you have..too..no need to be rude, ignorant, foaming at the mouth etc..we are all busy! So are they..take care. .don't phone anymore in for app't as it is too busy to pick up the phone..hot labs..look up on Google what you have to fast for, although I feel you and the doc should be explaining BLD work is for

Went there today for some blood work and a heart test. They were pretty busy but it didn’t take long to see someone. Manisha did the heart test as well as the blood test. She was very kind and help me out a lot. first time I’ve ever gone for blood work and didn’t feel needle. She was amazing

Mariam A. was absolutely fantastic. She was kind, polite and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I became light headed after having my blood withdrawn and nearly fell over walking out, Mariam caught me and made sure I was fully recovered before walking out. A big thank you to Mariam and another gentleman for watching out for me and ensuring I was 100%.

Really I mean Really… in a time of Covid you keep everyone in a long hallway waiting to get for health tests!! Dumb is what this is . Wouldn’t most people here be vulnerable!! Went here on a Saturday because they don’t answer phones only to wait in a line that had at least 40 people in it and not 2 meters apart. So when you get to the end of the long crowded hall you are greeted by a very friendly person who does the Covid questions and tells you where you should be going. But the risk of getting void in the hall is high. Why not just have people check in and wait in there cars for a text to come in. This is not safe at all.

Poor management and customer service: I went there around 3:30 pm (closes at 4 pm). They took my prescription and asked to wait. about 10 minutes later I am called to pay for some of the tests not covered by OHIP. While standing on the counter to pay, the computer stalled with the lady who called me to pay, she switched to another terminal. In the meantime a manager shows up, overrules another person (that posted sign - no more patients in) by allowing more people who arrived late to lineup. The manager orders the lady that is dealing with me to support a late comer. Now it is almost 3:50pm (literally standing at the counter for 10 minutes), the genius in the staff lights up. One of the tests requires more time and can't be completed by 4 pm. The manager states: A test can't be completed today , come back tomorrow (STOP) and carried on with some other customers that came in late as if my time is useless and presence there is irrelevant. I told them this is ridiculous and could have saved me and them a big hassle had they told that upon arrived or a few minutes thereafter. Poor management and poor training. I had been to the lab before and had no problem with the medical service they performed. Update: I went the next day and recieved a much better service from the team. In fairness I believe a 4 star is more appropriate now.

The staffs are friendly and very well organized. They are well trained and very quick for normal lab works. Didn’t count the wait time though. They will take your cellphone number at the time of check in and text you when it’s your time. You can either wait in the car or lobby or go out for a short walk.
