★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed in the Travel Covid test prices here, I feel cheated out of money.
The website says 24 hours service, and same day results as two seperate entries. My dad's flight was scheduled for 28th at 4 pm. I booked the test for 7 am 27th for the 25 hour results not the same day.
Upon arrival in the clinic they told me they can't guarantee the results will be in the next day before 12. The surcharge was almost 200$ extra which we had to pay in the clinic.
This to me is false advertising. You should state clearly on the website. The reason I booked the appointment at 7am was to get the result the next day before 4pm, which every other center I have gone through does.
If they charge 350$ it's for same day results before 5 pm.
I know the staff there have nothing to do with this, but I personally fell like they don't make it clear while booking and then coerce people to pay the surcharge since it's too late for the traveler and they have no choice but to pay the extra.
