Now trying to get a hold of someone to check my results is impossible. No answer to repeated phone calls, no response to Contact Us forms on their website, voicemails aren't returned.

They made sure we had all the information we needed to feel comfortable with the procedure and the after care. I came to this clinic for my 2 sons when they were about 1 month old (now 2 years old and 4 months old) and everything went well with almost no crying and a very quick healing.

We had circumcision done for cultural reasons but for days before the procedure I was constantly researching and I’d just look at our little guy and cry in fear of the pain he would feel. Well, he didn’t even wince during his appointment! Dr was so wonderful and kept conversation with my husband and I to help ease our nerves. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. The rooms have soft lullabies playing and temperature is kept warmer. They give a lot of information verbally after which is a little overwhelming but it is all in the guides they give you so make sure to read them. The worse part is waiting between the numbing cream, blocker, then procedure. However as mentioned, our little guy didn’t shed a tear or wince during the numbing or procedure. He did however cry very heavily during his first pee. He then slept for the entire day (noon until 8pm then back to sleep for the evening at 9). Healed very nicely without complications or bleeding. Would highly recommend.

Helped make this traumatizing experience soo much more bearable. We're only 2 days since the procedure so far and my son's already healing beautifully! We didn't even need more than one dose of baby Tylenol after the procedure since he hasn't been in pain or any fussier than usual. The detailed after care step by step instructions were very easy to understand and very professional. Thank you Gentle Procedures for getting us through this!

Be warned - A lot of work, including an appointment with a referring physician, all resulting in a complete waste of my time. I followed all instructions and steps exactly per the website - my referring physician faxed the form, I filled out the online documents, received the emails from the clinic including an estimated wait time for an appointment. No response. Phoned the clinic multiple times - the phone rings and nobody answers. With this demonstrated lack of service and a lack of attention to detail I’m very happy that I did not trust this office to perform my vasectomy or have anything to do with my testicles. I expect the office is so busy they do not care. I have already recommended to two friends not to consider this clinic and I will continue to share my story that demonstrates a complete lack of interest on behalf of this supposedly 4-star clinic. A complete waste of my valuable time.

Only mild discomfort during post-care (to be expected). Highly recommended if you're looking to get a vasectomy, procedure took only about 10 minutes start to finish (if that).
P	Patience Anwana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentle Procedures Clinic really lived up to its name. My son only cried when the blocker was being given and after the procedure, when he had his first pee. Dr Sing and the nurses are very well experienced and very professional. A lot of instructions are given verbally and in paper form to guide you through the healing process and this was very helpful. My son healed nicely in a very short while. Note that you might have to wait a bit outside the office due to COVID restrictions. I highly recommend Gentle Procedures for infant circumcision.

Everything went smoothly once we arrived at the clinic. We are told to text pictures a week later, so Dr Sing can let us know how the healing process is going. Which I think is a great idea, so we can feel reassured the healing is good and normal. Also, when my family doctor looked to see how my son’s circumcision healed, she said it was one of the best ones she has seen!
