I am so grateful that I had the good fortune to have a referral to Dr.Power for these procedures. One of her many admirable qualities, is her respects for her patients time. Arriving at her office at my scheduled time, I never had to wait more than a few minutes for Dr. Power to welcome me and attend to my problem.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that Dr. Power was prepared to perform the surgery during this visit rather than reschedule and have me return at a later date. Nice to know that she considered my time as important as hers. We were done in about 15 minutes and the outcome is excellent. Thank you Dr. Power.

She has a wonderful calming manner and put me at ease immediately. I also found Jennifer the receptionist to be excellent. I was in and out in no time. Dr. Power was fast and professional. Even chatting during the surgery to calm me down. Receptionist helped wrap up and I was out the door. Very happy with the service.

She was never rushed and patiently talked me through the procedure and the post-op care instructions. It is clear that she has the patient's best interests in mind, as she talked me out of removing another steatocystoma as she did not feel that the lesion was prominent enough to warrant excision and a scar. Her attentiveness is reflected in how much she remembers about her conversations from prior appointments.

Eventually someone I believe the receptionist called me back and said my submission was being reviewed and they would call me the following week. This was months ago….

Also, it cost me a thousand dollars. Even her colleagues scoffed when I mentioned her. After her initial error, every bit of advice she gave was incorrect and led to further complications. She never even tried to rectify her mistakes. Steer clear of this doctor.
