Dr. Philip Solomon - Solomon Facial Plastic (Toronto Office)

Had septo rhinoplasty done as well as some cosmetic because I fell and broke my nose. As a result my septum was deviated and my bridge was broken which shifted my nose out of place. I went to Dr. Solomon and the consultation was very rushed. Less than 10 minutes. He agreed with my concerns and promised me the world. When I paid my deposit and had my pre-op appointment, it was barely 5 minutes long and everything we discussed initially Dr.Solomon refused. He said that he was going to give me what he thought was necessary and nothing more. I had my surgery and it initially looked good but after the nose splint was removed, everything started to shift again. No additional supports were put in place during my healing. As a result, my septum shifted and I developed a hump on my bridge which I NEVER HAD prior to my surgery. Dr. Solomon was reluctant to perform a second surgery to rectify the problems. He cited that the hump WASN'T VERY NOTICEABLE ??‍♀️. I was devastated because he assured me that what was discussed was indeed reasonable. I came out of my second surgery with my septum still deviated, my bridge still has a slight hump, my left nostril sits higher than the right. That's the nostril where the main incision was made. My right nostril is still bulbous while the left isn't. It's a complete disaster and disappointment. He refused to fix the problems he created while trying to fix my nose the second time. I now have more problems than what I went in with. I hate taking pictures because my nose is asymmetrical because of Dr. Solomon rushing. I agree with other posts that his clinic rushes patients through. It's all about the mighty dollar!

Dr. SOLOMON and his staff are truly a pleasure to deal with. Your staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended if you’re ever considering surgery or any other services they provide. Everyone I have Recommended since my own experience All feel the same way. Great experience. Everyone is amazing and caring from Dr. Solomon on down. The office vibe is super easygoing and fun while remaining professional-love the non-judgmental attitude which is a major plus!! Nanci at the front desk was really welcoming along with the whole team. A big shout out to Tracey Mancuso, the super duper skin specialist at the Davenport clinic. She is knowledgeable, informative and above all very patient and responsive. Highly recommend All!!

The office managerial organization is done with charisma and ease. I was promptly answered to every email. The receptionist team does well, shout out to Nancie. Dr. Solomon is dry and talks with lack of enthusiasm, but he keeps it real so I guess I do not care as much because his art is seen on patients faces and it is incredible. He could perk up for clients spending $$$ money though. My issue lies with the anesthesiologist. Whoever my Anesthesiologist was, stuck that needle so deep and fast in my hand, and also I got zero prompt I was being put to sleep. (IMAGINE!) I can tell you I won't forget my experience of going under in such a brutal way, my hand bruise lasted longer than my face. Dr. Solomon, I strongly advise to coach or change your Anesthesiologist, as that was pretty pathetic effort to show an ounce of decency to a paying client.

Dr Solomon and his office staff are amazing! I find Dr Solomon very patient and professional answering all my questions and concerns. I was treated with honesty and respect, which is what you want from a Dr. Dr Solomon truly cares about his patients and their goals they want to achieve. Dr.Philip Solomon is hands down The most Spectacular facial surgeon in North America. He knows exactly what to do without you having to explain anything. The healing process for all of his procedures are painless ( I have had 3 procedures done with him now). I had an amazing experience with Dr. Solomon and his staff! I was recommended to Dr. Solomon by my ENT. I had a dorsal hump, and a badly deviated septum. After reading amazing reviews, I decided to book my consultation with them; I am so happy I did. Dr. Solomon listened to my concerns and was absolutely awesome during consults. Their clinic staff is the best, everyone is very kind and knowledgeable. My procedure went flawlessly, and my recovery was very low maintenance. I had very little bruising and discomfort. I am absolutely thrilled with my results, Dr. Solomon gave me my dream nose and significantly improved my breathing! Best decision ever!
