★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been waiting more than 24 hours for a basic crypto withdrawal that Coinsmart managed to do in 30 minutes. Been using CB for over a year now and there is still no solution to get account/withdrawal issues solved quickly, only email. Their app promises 24 hour withdrawals and will not honour their refund system. Very disappointing. Will not be conducting business with them until they own up to their shortfalls and correct them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can give a review after all of the processes that I went through to get this website working. If you are a Canadian then you have to go through a Canadian site. No mystery there. You have to input your Canadian bank account number to get the transfer. In order to get cash from bitcoin this is how it works. I am mining from nicehash and this is how I am paid out. I can't complain about free money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reflective of other reviews here. Withdrawal times need to be way, way faster. Especially if a '15 minute delay' is posted as something that 'might' happen.
There are a lot of great providers in Canada, and bungling simple stuff like this is going to cost you business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost $1000 just like that. I used 2 factor auth, added my account id as suggested, and did an interac transfer from my bank account. The money got directly deposited, but when I logged back into the app, my account id had disappeared and zero funds. And the best part - There is zero support! I've literally tried everything in my capacity to get my money back, writing endless emails and I am quite frankly annoyed at myself for trusting this exchange. I was about to deposit 10K and stopped and decided to go with 1000 instead - the only reason and I'm not raging mad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can I give it zero stars?? Set up an account 9months ago, and still hasn’t been activated. No way to contact anyone, Just spam responses saying it’s in the process. Newton is far better - it actually works. Also I love how they contact the good reviews to say thank you and feathers to the rest.

Trying to set up my account and the website is horrible, the steps required to set up is tedious and people working for their customer service have absolutely no idea what they're doing. I haven't been able to use my account even though all documents needing to prove my identity has been provided. I have a few self directed trading accounts with other companies and they are much easier to use, no excessive hoop jumping and I feel very secure using them. Save yourself some time and headache and DO NOT USE COINBERRY
