They are professional, patient and kind to deal with their investors. I am a fund manager in a hedge fund. I can say Greybrook's fee ratio is relevant low and I do not see any annual management fee or ridiculous charge. The profit sharing and fee schedule are transparent in the offering memorandum. Although the 20% annual return is not guaranteed, but outcome meet the expectation. By the way, I invested in Cambridge project, just got the distribution in May.

When we raise our concerns about how this has gone nowhere, we are shown indifference or some insulting notion that we are still ahead, (of zero), if something comes to fruition in a few years. On top of that years charges continue to add up. This was a learning experience. I recommend investors stay away from this organization. Use the stock market or other means. There is a lot of risk and no much return here.

It is one of the best ways for an individual to invest in New Developments with major Developers and share in the profit upon completion. You only invest in specific developments and know exactly where your money is invested in. Return on Investment will vary and feel it is safer then investing in the stock market.
