The clinic gave me a call (as part of a referral) to arrange a suitable date / time. Originally set for two weeks hence, my appointment was bumped up due to a late cancellation. All forms and covid questionnaire occurred beforehand without complications. Service was very friendly and professional. My hygienist was very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Thank you.

The physical clinic itself is very comfortable, clean & modern. Going to the dentist is an uncomfortable experience in general but Dr. So & her team make it as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. So is very knowledgeable and all her work has been outstanding. She is patient to explain the diagnosis and what she's doing and I find her to be very trustworthy and skillful. I find the dentists to be highly ethical as well as experienced. I sadly had to change dentists as I moved to Hamilton, but I just had to do them the service of writing a stellar review on my way out because they earned it!

Frankly, I personally and all members of my family consider the clinic as one of the finest, most beautiful and cleanest, giving you comfort, relaxation and a sense of safety. Dr. Sue is a simple person and always makes the customer comfortable. All the staff are excellent and the first feeling of excellent treatment starts approching the receptionist

I have very sensitive reflex, but never once had they made me feel uncomfortable. The receptionists are also incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, everyone here genuinely care about your dental health. They never try to get more money by doing extra unnecessary work. I just couldn’t recommend this place more!
