β β β β β Supper bad experience. I am not feeling well. The receptionist rudely ask me who I am and why I am calling. βDo you know who you are calling to?β Thatβs the greeting I got from her. And after giving her my information, she told me doctor is done for the day and then hang up immediately. I would not go there ever!!!

β β β β β I would like to thank Dr. Gordon and his wonderful staff for taking such great care. The receptionist was super friendly and attentive. I wasn't sure what to expect with Covid protocols but I barely had to wait to see Dr. Gordon who was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Gordon at Glen Derry Walk-In Clinic.

β β β β β WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I called on Monday, September 27th, 2021 and the receptionist told me that she will call me back once she speaks to the doctor. I waited and never got a call back. I called the next day, no one answered so I left a voicemail asking to call me back. Again, no one did. So I called the next day, and same thing, no one answered so I left another voicemail. On Thursday, September 30th, 2021, I FINALLY spoke to the SAME receptionist and she told me that she JUST listened to my voicemail and gave me some story (probably bogus) that the doctor was on vacation and he just came back that day. Again, she tells me that she will have to speak to the doctor first and will call me back. She never did. So today, Friday, October 1st, 2021, I called back asking for a referral since I was getting nowhere with this clinic and once again, the SAME receptionist answers and then tells me that the doctor cannot see me. At this point, Iβm BEYOND frustrated and upset and told her that Iβve called for FIVE DAYS and you couldnβt call me back to tell me that the doctor canβt see me?! Luckily, my situation isnβt severe or requires immediate medical attention but STILL, FIVE DAYS is THE MOST RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE βresponse/customer serviceβ I have EVER encountered/experienced.
Dr. Gordon is a great doctor but his receptionist is not helpful and not very good at her job.

β β β β β The team at Glen Derry returned my voicemail and got us on a call with the doctor all in the same day. The doctor was thorough, attentive, and took my sons injury very seriously. He advised we get an xray even though we didn't think it was necessary, and it turns out my son had a fractured knee! Cannot thank the walk-in doctor we spoke with, and the team at Glen Derry, enough. You saved my little guy a lifetime of pain and problems. Excellent medical care. Thank you so much.
