★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is a very good doctor, good at giving referals. The clinic is clean and most importantly the toilet is **always** clean too. She is very accomodating and now it just feels like family. I have my piece of mind knowing we are in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sincerely surprised with the rating for this doctor. Reading all these reviews we went to her, after going to her for many months I can confidently say she is one of the worst I have ever been to. First quality of a good doctor is to believe what your patient is saying/concerns, not jump into conclusions without doing tests to verify the root cause. And her staff is worse than her, specially the receptionist, no clue what customer service means....and no knowledge of what's required for any tests thay need to be done. Three times in a row the medical lab rejected the samples bcoz these people have no clue what should be collected for each tests. She is good for flu/viral stuff, if you have any major health concerns STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a patient who has lived in both Canada and the US in addition to suffering from quite a few ailments, Dr. Bains is by far the best doctor I have ever met. After 15 years of suffering, multiple years of battling doctors who push unnecessary drugs and being weeks away from undergoing back surgery... Dr. Bains has turned my entire quality of life around, in a matter of months. Dr. Bains is always helpful, friendly, relatable, caring and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. She is constantly learning, studying and finding better ways to help. I am in her clinic often (2-3x a week) as I am in therapy next door. She treats every patient with care, never giving up on helping. She is absolutely amazing with children. Dr. Bains will be my family's physician until she retires.

I am grateful to have found this gifted doctor. Yes, sometimes you might have a bit of a wait but that's because she doesn't rush you out the door. Your a person not just a number with Dr.Bain.??
